Urban greenways are an important component of the urban green space system,and pedestrian transportation,as a green slow moving way to promote people’s interaction and fitness,is increasingly receiving widespread attention from all sectors of society.At present,most cities in China focus on ecological and ornamental aspects in the urban greenway landscape planning design,lacking the research and exploration on the pedestrian friendliness of the greenway space.It is necessary to organically combine the urban greenway planning and construction with the pedestrian friendly concept to enhance the vitality of the street,promote the low-carbon sustainable development of the city,and build a pedestrian friendly city.In view of this,this article takes pedestrian friendliness as the starting point,combines expert consultation and on-site research to determine evaluation factors,and uses the Analytic Hierarchy Process Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation method to construct a satisfaction evaluation model for urban greenway landscape from the perspective of pedestrian friendliness.Establish an evaluation system consisting of four criteria layers: safety standards,comfort and convenience,natural ecology,and landscape recreation,with 25 evaluation factors,and calculate the weight values of each indicator.The conclusion is as follows:(1)The main users of the greenway system in the Chengdong New Area of Yuyao City are surrounding residents,and there are significant differences in the demand for greenway venues and satisfaction evaluation of urban greenways among different age and occupational groups.Unemployed,retired,and other groups mainly use greenways for sports,fitness,leisure walks,and getting close to nature,while office workers and students mainly use greenways for commuting.(2)On the basis of the evaluation model,the weights of the standard layer index factors were calculated and analyzed,and the importance ranking of the standard layer landscape recreation(0.3804)>natural ecology(0.2934)>comfort and convenience(0.2054)>safety regulations(0.1208)was obtained.And analyze the weight results: from the perspective of pedestrian friendliness,urban residents have a higher demand for greenway landscape recreation.With the increasing demand and expectations of urban residents for greenways,the demand for greenway recreational facilities has also increased accordingly.Urban greenways provide people with space for outdoor activities in their daily lives.(3)Through IPA analysis,multiple indicators such as the ornamental characteristics and landscape sketch characteristics of plant landscapes are the advantages of satisfaction and should be maintained.Multiple indicators such as the condition of the greenway road surface and the security status of the greenway need to be improved to improve overall satisfaction.Based on the results of the above evaluation,the greenway system in the eastern new area of Yuyao City is used as an empirical research object for verification,aiming to reveal and verify the problems and shortcomings in urban greenway planning and construction,and propose optimization and improvement strategies.To improve the pedestrian environment of residents and promote the optimization and enhancement of pedestrian friendly landscapes on urban greenways.
