As the main key type of work in the railway system,high-speed railway drivers play a crucial role in railway traffic safety.The task of high-speed railway driving requires drivers to maintain their attention for a long time,interact with auditory and visual information inside and outside the train,and make timely decisions on emergencies.Due to the particularity of high-speed railway drivers’ work,such as the relatively closed working environment and cumbersome work process,it is inevitable to appear psychological problems such as depression and anxiety.In 2022,China Academy of Railway Sciences conducted a questionnaire survey on the psychological status of 1981high-speed train drivers in five railway depots.It was found that 19% drivers were moderately depressed and 5.9% drivers were severely depressed,and their psychological status was not optimistic.The cognitive ability and psychological quality of drivers will directly determine the safety of railway traffic,so it is necessary to explore the impact of high-speed railway drivers’ cognitive ability and psychological quality on work performance.By improving the cognitive ability and psychological quality of high-speed railway drivers,their work performance can be improved and the risk of safety accidents can be reduced.The main work of this thesis is as follows:(1)By summarizing the research status at home and abroad,this thesis deeply analyzes the differences in the selection of cognitive ability and psychological quality indicators in different research fields and the influence of cognitive ability and psychological quality on work performance,finds out the limitations in the selection of cognitive ability,psychological quality and work performance indicators in the existing literature,and determines the research content and technical route of the thesis.(2)Based on the driving task of EMU and human cognitive process,the individual factor model affecting the driving performance of EMU is constructed.From the multidimensional perspective,this thesis analyzes the specific indicators of individual factors involved in railway driving,and explores the logical relationship between individual factors and the influence path of individual factors on each stage of cognitive process.(3)The key cognitive ability,psychological quality and driving performance indicators for the selection and post evaluation of high-speed railway drivers are constructed,the corresponding evaluation method and test process are determined,and the effective collection of experimental data is organized and implemented.Among them,cognitive ability indicators include two-hand coordination ability,concentration ability,sustained attention,determination,reaction ability,visual memory,visual pursuit ability and time-movement anticipation ability;psychological quality indicators include depression,anxiety,perceived stress,perceived social support and personality traits;work performance indicators include task completion time,operation errors,overspeed times and parking benchmarking error.(4)Descriptive statistical analysis,correlation analysis and regression analysis are carried out on the experimental data,and the correlation between cognitive ability,psychological quality and work performance and their influence on work performance are explored.The interaction between cognitive ability and psychological quality is found to have an impact on work performance.The analysis results provide an important reference for the selection,training and evaluation of high-speed rail drivers.
