| Automatic stereo garage is a kind of large-capacity parking equipment to alleviate the parking problem.By expanding the three-dimensional space to obtain the storage capacity,developing automatic stereo parking technology has become one of the effective ways to solve the parking problem in many cities.In the planning and design of the automatic stereo garage,reasonable improvement of system configuration,optimization of scheduling strategy and location layout can not only expand the storage capacity of the stereo garage,but also effectively improve the operation efficiency of the stereo garage and shorten the queuing time of customers,which has important practical significance.This thesis is mainly conducted from the following three aspects:In terms of system configuration,this thesis proposes an automatic stereo garage with multiple buffer parking spaces.A storage buffer zone and a pickup buffer zone are provided at the bottom of the garage,and multiple buffer parking spaces are provided for buffering the operation process of the automatic stereo garage.This ensures the continuous and efficient operation of the stacker,reduces the idle rate of the stacker,and reduces the waiting time for customers to queue.In terms of scheduling strategy,this thesis proposes a stacker scheduling strategy based on the proximity principle.Based on the system structure and vehicle access process of traditional automatic stereo garages,a simplified model of automatic stereo garages is established,and mathematical expressions for calculating the operating time of stackers are derived.Then,a corresponding simulation model is established to evaluate the service performance of the automatic stereo garage.Then,automatic stereo garage with multiple buffer parking spaces is compared and analyzed with a traditional automatic stereo garage.The results show that the proposed scheme has significant advantages in reducing the average running time of the stacker by 19.06%,reducing the average waiting time of customers by 15.36%,and reducing the average consumption time of customers by 18.25%.In terms of storage location layout,based on queuing theory,this thesis establishes a mathematical model for customer queuing in automatic stereo garages,designs automatic stereo garages with different storage location capacities by referring to garage architectural design specifications,and compares and analyzes the average operating time of the stacker and the average waiting time of customers in automatic stereo garages under different floor and column layout schemes through simulation experiments to find a more efficient system layout,Thereby providing a reference for the construction scheme of this type of garage. |
