| In recent years, people’s demand for fresh agricultural products is growing day by day, which also drives the rapid development of cold chain logistics industry. However, with the rapid development of cold chain logistics industry, there are still problems that cannot be ignored. This paper mainly studies the problems existing in the distribution process of cold chain logistics. In addition, after the goal of "double carbon" was put forward in 2021,the development of green and low-carbon economy in China is accelerating day by day.As a major carbon emitter in the logistics industry, cold chain logistics should also think about how to achieve low energy consumption, low pollution and develop low-carbon economy in its distribution. This paper takes S company’s cold chain logistics distribution as the research object, and finds that S company has some problems such as unreasonable path planning, untimely delivery and weak low-carbon awareness in the cold chain distribution process. In order to solve S company’s distribution problems, pay attention to the impact of carbon emissions on enterprises, plan S company’s distribution route from a low-carbon perspective, improve S company’s economic and environmental benefits, and provide reference suggestions for the cold chain industry to develop a low-carbon economy.First of all, through reading and sorting out the domestic and foreign scholars’ research on cold chain path optimization and low-carbon cold chain logistics,it lays a theoretical foundation for the following writing.Secondly, introduce the distribution status of S company, sort out the problems existing in the distribution process of S company, disassemble the total distribution cost, including fixed cost, energy consumption cost, refrigeration cost, cargo damage cost, carbon emission cost and punishment cost, and then build a vehicle routing optimization model with the minimum total cost, and use genetic algorithm to solve it.Finally, through MATLAB software simulation, the conclusion is as follows: Compared with the original route, the total cost and carbon emissions of the optimized distribution route of S company are greatly reduced. The above conclusions prove that the optimized distribution path is reasonable for S company to achieve healthy and sustainable development, reduce costs and gain, and provide some reference for solving the problems in the distribution process of cold chain logistics enterprises and accelerating the pace of emission reduction and low-carbon transformation. |
