Under the background of accelerating urbanization process in China, rail transit has gradually become the preferred travel mode for urban residents due to its strong reachability, short time consumption, low travel costs and other characteristics. At the same time, with the increasing number of rail transit lines and passenger transfer volume, the congestion problem of rail transfer stations also arises.By using the methods of Reviewed Preference and State Preference surveys, this study analyzes the factors that affect the attention of transfer passengers to guidance information in railway stations, analyzes the factors that affect passenger transfer route selection behavior, and optimizes the design of guidance information based on the impact mechanism of guidance information on passenger transfer route selection behavior,in order to achieve efficient guidance for passenger transfer route selection in stations,Ultimately, the goal is to alleviate congestion at rail transfer stations.Taking transfer passengers in the Xi’an Road transfer station of the Dalian Metro as the research object, questionnaire data collection and empirical analysis were conducted to optimize the design of transfer guidance information inside the station.Firstly,an RP survey questionnaire is designed based on the personal attributes and travel attributes of transfer passengers, and an SP survey questionnaire is designed based on three aspects: the form, content, and frequency of induced information release.Based on questionnaire data, construct an ordered Logit model and a partial proportional odds model for the attention of transfer passengers to guidance information within the station.Analyze the advantages and disadvantages of the ordered Logit model and partial advantage ratio model by comparing and analyzing the model inspection indicators.Based on the elastic analysis method, quantify the degree to which significant influencing factors affect the attention guidance information of transfer passengers. The results show that partial proportional odds model is superior to the ordered Logit model;Factors such as gender, age, occupation, weight of luggage carried, travel purpose, number of peers, frequency of station usage per week, familiarity with the station, form, frequency, and content of guidance information release significantly affect passengers’ attention to guidance information.Secondly,an RP survey questionnaire is designed based on the personal and travel attributes of transfer passengers,an SP survey questionnaire is designed based on the form and frequency of guidance information release, and an SP survey scenario questionnaire is designed based on the attributes in the guidance information release content.Based on the survey questionnaire data of RP and SP,a mixed Logit model and a latent category conditional Logit model are used to construct an analysis model of the influencing factors of passenger transfer route selection within the station under guidance information.By comparing and analyzing the model validation indicators, analyze the advantages and disadvantages of the mixed Logit model and the latent category conditional Logit model, and combine the model results to analyze the impact of various factors. The results indicate that the latent category conditional Logit model is superior to the mixed Logit model; The latent category conditional Logit model divides passengers into two categories;Factors such as transfer time, transfer distance, waiting number, transfer route plan, age, education level, weekly station usage frequency, and frequency of guidance information release significantly affect passengers’ transfer route selection behavior. Finally,an RP survey questionnaire was designed based on the personal and travel attributes of transfer passengers, and an SP survey scenario questionnaire was designed based on transfer time, induction information release frequency, release content, and release form.Based on questionnaire data,an optimization model for inducing information release is constructed based on multinomial Logit models and nested Logit models.Analyze the advantages and disadvantages of multinomial Logit models and nested Logit models by comparing and analyzing model validation indicators.Based on the data of the optimal model, analyze the influencing factors that significantly affect the form of induced information release. The results show that the nested Logit model is superior to multinomial Logit model;Factors such as occupation, education level, income, weight of luggage carried, travel purpose, number of peers, familiarity with the station, transfer period, frequency of guidance information release, and content of guidance information release significantly affect passengers’ choice of guidance information release form.
