The damage caused by living environment can be divided into infectious diseases and non infectious diseases.The differences and differences are mainly manifested in whether they are infectious or not.Influence factors of non infectious diseases including light intensity,temperature,moisture,environmental pollution,harm caused by non infectious disease usually are not contagious,but its effect is often exhibit certain size,so the research on non infectious disease pathogenic factors is of great significance.In this paper,Euscapis konishii Hayata as the research object,the non biological factors easily on plant growth and development the influence of the four factors:fertilizer,light,temperature and moisture is the key.Through the pot test,observation of different fertilization,light intensity,temperature and moisture stress and other factors,E.konishii seedlings growth index,chlorophyll a,chlorophyll b,carotenoid,soluble sugar,soluble protein,antioxidant enzymes and other physiological indexes of response;and put forward the defense mechanism and control measures from early warning mechanism,seedling breeding,agronomic techniques,etc.Main research results:(1)1,2 indicators were higher than the control,with 1 and 2 for seedling growth,1(N1P1K1)of the comprehensive ranking to the top,and the result of principal component analysis,N,P,K ratio of low concentration is favorable for the growth of E.konishii seedling;principal component analysis,the highest score of the comprehensive treatment group and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation of the highest score of the treatment group,were treatment 1(N1P1K1),it can be treated as 1(N1P1K1)E.konishii seedlings optimal fertilization;with the increase of fertilization dose of seedling survival rate decreases 8,9 the survival rate of less than 50%,nearly 40%lower than the control.(2)E.konishii seedlings from light damage such as plant short,yellow leaves,top leaf curl,and even death,so favorable shading the seedling growth.When the degree of shading stress reached S25,the seedling emergence rate was 83.3%,the survival rate was 88.4%,the incidence rate was 7.5%,the incidence of the test group the lowest rate of.E.konishii seedlings in the planting process,moderate light stress can promote seedling growth,stress level is S25 to E.konishii was most favorable for seedling growth.(3)E.konishii seedlings were more resistant to high temperature,but with high temperature stress increasing,growth will be restrained.The carbohydrate content of seedlings increased,starch content declined,both chlorophyll and carotenoid content in the process of continuous temperature stress fluctuation,the reason may be due to changes in chlorophyll decomposition rate depends on the enzyme,and the continuous changes of temperature effect on enzyme activity,and thus the performance level changes of chlorophyll and carotenoid content in seedlings,high temperature stress in general will increase E.konishii seedlings antioxidant enzyme activity.(4)E.konishii seedlings were relatively resistant to drought fear of floods,drought had effect on E.konishii seedlings growth index of flood water stress are very obvious.When the soil water content was 90%,the growth index is less than the control group(CK),indicating that water stress has certain influence and the persecution of the seedlings;when the soil moisture content is about 60%,and the indexes of the approaches to the control group,and even some value is better than the control group,the growth of excellent,less water persecution phenomenon;when the soil water content was 30%,the growth index lower than that of the control group showed that water stress has more value severe persecution of seedlings.To sum up,the influence of light,fertilization,water and temperature of E.konishii seedlings growth and physiological and biochemical indexes,fertilization,shading appropriate control,and to prevent soil water or drought,improve the preservation of seedling rate,growth rate and seedling rate is of great significance.
