| At present,slope cultivation in mountainous and hilly areas are mainly relying on human and animal power.Although ordinary tillage machines are claimed to be able to cultivate on slope,they can only be cultivated on gentle slopes,and are easy to rollover in the steep slope of the arable land.Although the tiller is smaller than the walking tractor,and is much lighter in weight,but it is difficult to transport on hills.In view of these problems,this paper has developed a kind of micro-cultivator which can carry out contour-cultivation on slope.The micro-cultivator has compact structure and small size.The machine also has a portable removable function,when cultivating on sloping land in contour,it can be quickly split into two parts in similar weight,so that it is easier for operators to transport it on mountains and then assemble them for work.The main contents of this paper are as follows:1)Through the understanding of status research on contour-farming machine from domestic and outside and technical parameters of common micro-cultivator,making the overall design scheme of contour-farming micro-cultivator for slope,formulating the main technical parameters,and selecting the type of engine,clutch and transmission.2)In the CATIA software,conducting the design and 3D-modeling of the balancing mechanism and the portable quick dismantling mechanism of the contour-farming micro-cultivator,and 3D-modeling the other parts of the contour-farming micro-cultivator.Based on the CATIA digital assembly module,conducting the simulation of the rotary tillage,balancing mechanism,and portable quick dismantling mechanism.3)Analysing the working situation of the contour-farming micro-cultivator on slope,selecting the maximum loads in the important parts for strength analysis.Through the calculation and analysis in ANSYS software,the results show that the strength of the main parts is in accordance with the requirements,and the deformation of the parts is small,which does not affect the normal work of the machine.4)Modal analysis,based on ANSYS Workbench,for the contour-farming micro-cultivator,shows the natural frequency and vibration mode.Comparing with the excitation frequency of the engine,it can be concluded that it will not cause resonance and damage to the machine.5)After strict analysis,the design scheme of the contour-farming micro-cultivator has basically met the requirements,and the actual prototype can be produced.In this paper,the reliability of the design is further tested by the prototype,and the results show that the prototype can reach the design objectives.This paper has completed the overall design of contour-farming micro-cultivator for slope,and carried out the strength and modal analysis on the main parts of slope contour-farming micro-cultivator,the rationality of the design has been tested as well.The results obtained in this paper can provide some basic theory for the following research. |
