Being one of the indispensable important components for Chinese agricultural mechanical tillage,tiller has been applied widely for paddy/upland field plough,greenhouse tillage and small-scale fields and gardens farming.With even wider utilization in some of hilly and mountainous areas,and plays a important in promoting of local agricultural mechanization.In recent years,with the increasing expansion of tiller market in China,the quality of tiller products are varied respectively,many products even cannot satisfy the demand of rural farming development.For solving above mentioned problems,it's in urgent need for developing one kind tiller that with better performance and multiple functions.To take geographical environment in the South China as reference object,this article analyzed current development and technology of tiller domestically and abroad,designed 1 WG-4.1 multi-functional micro-cultivator for corn planting,The 3D model of the complete machine is established and parameterized analysis is conducted to the key components.The mini-tiller is detected in an all-round way by rotary tillage and ridging tests in the fields.The conclusion and results is obtained as following:1.By analyzing domestic and foreign current development history and technology study on tiller,explain the fundamental working principles,to provide foundation for designing more safe and reliable tiller.2.Based on request of region and agronomic design,make power estimation analysis and power equipment on the machine mentioned in this article,At the same time.To design the micro-cultivator with working width 86cm,plowing depth 6cm,seeding and fertilizing both in single file;Designed and research on the whole machine mainly consists of machine body assembly,gearing assembly,body frame,rotate plowing device,ridging mechanism,fertilizing device,seeding device etc,can perform a variety of farming.3.To carry on structure designing and parameter analysis of the key components.The structural types of rotary roller are designed,and it is checked;The structure parameters of the rotary blade are designed in accordance with the Agricultural Machinery Designing Handbook with force analysis in different working conditions;a ridge former consisting of a cone,a rib plate,a pressure plate and a shaft sleeve is worked out;Nesthole wheel drain seeder and 16 small Groove wheel type fertilizer discharging device are designed.4.The structures of the seed and fertilizer cans are designed,the volume to the seed can is calculated as V1=2.25dm3,and that of the fertilizer can V2=3dm3.By using Pro/Engineer three-dimensional software established the three-dimension modeling and assembling.for whole machine,through three-dimensional virtual software to reflect the whole shape of the prototype,By assembling to make interference detection for verifying reasonability of such design,and then set up dynamic simulation to simulate the actual work situation.5.In this article,the production and field testing has been made for design prototype,the result shows that the whole machine has good trafficability characteristic and stability,its indicators for rotate plowing,ridging,seeding and fertilizing conform to national agronomic requirements,Meet the design requirements of Micro-cultivator.
