| In order to investigate the effect of different spray modes of KCl electrolyzed water on its bactericidal effect,this paper adopts atomization spray and ordinary sprayer spray to carry out bactericidal experiments on laboratory plant leaf models to determine better spraying methods;using KCl electrolyzed water different greenhouses were sprayed with different spraying methods to determine their effects on plant growth,nutritional quality of the eggplant,and to determine the control effect of eggplant downy mildew.The results of the study are as follows:Explore the effect of different spray patterns on the bactericidal effect of electrolyzed water.The results showed that different spraying methods of electrolyzed water did not affect the bactericidal properties of the electrolyzed water.The atomized spraying had a good bactericidal effect on the positive and negative sides of the plant leaf model with increasing spraying amount and spraying time.For 68.7%,the sterilization rate for yeast was 64.8%,and the sterilization rate for mould was 72.1%.The bactericidal effect of electrolysis water atomization on the reverse leaf of plant leaf model was 32.1% higher than that of spray treatment.The atomization treatment increases the bactericidal amount with time,and the spray treatment does not increase significantly.The main reason is that the spray droplets are difficult to deposit.When the treatment amount increases,most of the reagents are lost.The position of the leaf of the plant model also had a significant effect on the bactericidal effect.The bactericidal effect of the spray treatment on the bottom leaf was poor.It was only61.2% of the sterilizing effect of the atomization treatment.Different distances of the leaf model from the mouth of the spray nozzle resulted in the deposition of the electrolyzed water in the leaf model.Differently,the bactericidal efficiency is affected;the atomized droplets are small in diameter,uniformly distributed in the bad environment,and have a longer residence time,and can be uniformly deposited on the opposite sides of the model leaves at different positions.To explore the effect of different spraying methods of KCl electrolyzed water on the growth and quality of greenhouse eggplant.The results showed that spraying electrolyzed water had no significant effect on the total yield of eggplant.Spraying electrolyzed water and electrolyzed water could increase the leaf area of eggplant.Spraying electrolyzed water significantly reduced the length of fruit and increased the transverse diameter of fruit.And fruit shape index,fruit vitamin C content increased by 9.3% and 37.6%,respectively,compared with tap water and pesticide control,general spraying of electrolyzed water can significantly increase the fruit sugar-acid ratio;atomized spraying electrolyzed water and ordinary spray electrolysis water than tap water treatment single fruit quality Increased by11.0% and 9.6%.Atomization spraying increased plant height relative to ordinary spraying.Electrolyzed water atomization spray and conventional spray can increase the dry matter weight and root/shoot ratio,significantly increase soluble sugar content and increase soluble protein content in fruits,which is 25.3% and 25.4% higher than that of tap water control,respectively.To investigate the effects of different methods on the control of eggplant downy mildew in KCl electrolyzed water greenhouses.The results show that the prevention and control effect of the electrolytic water atomization treatment group and the electrolyzed water spray treatment group on eggplant downy mildew is similar to that of pesticide spray treatment.In the late onset stage,the control effect of the electrolyzed water atomization treatment group and the electrolyzed water spray treatment group was lower than that of the pesticide spray treatment group,and the electrolyzed water spray treatment group was significantly lower than the pesticide spray treatment group and the electrolysis water atomization treatment group,resulting in eggplant ground Part of the fresh weight and the decline in total cucumber production.Sprayed electrolyzed spray water had better control effect on downy mildew,and the control effect was 68.9% in the early stage of spraying and 50.4% in the later period.There was no significant difference between the control group and the pesticide control group,which was obviously higher than that of the ordinary spray treatment.The greenhouse experimental results show that atomized spraying method and spraying KCl electrolyzed water are more suitable for promoting the growth of eggplant plants,improving the fruit quality and replacing pesticides against eggplant downy mildew. |
