Slightly acidic electrolyzed water is widely used because of its efficient, fast, broad spectrum, no residue, however, there rarely israrely report related to application of slightly acidic electrolyzed waterin aquaculture wastewater disinfection. In this paper, changes of available chlorine concentration (ACC), pH value, redox potential of slightly acidic electrolyzed water under stewing and dynamic mixing with bacteria solutionwere studied, the disinfection effect of slightly acidic electrolyzed water on E coli were also evaluated under the same condition. A disinfection dynamics model of slightly acidic electrolyzed water to modified aquaculture wastewater was established which may provide theory reference for slightly acidic electrolyzed water to use in fresh water aquaculture. Meanwhile, the influences of temperature and turbidity on the disinfection of slightly acidic electrolyzed water were also studied. The main results are as follows:1. ACC reduced with the increase of time under different mixing ratio in the stewing and dynamic system, and there is no clear regularity in pH values and ORP changes.2. The surviving bacteria counts were reduced with the increase of ACC under different mixing ratio in the stewing system. A disinfection dynamics model of slightly acidic electrolyzed water to modified aquaculture wastewaterunder stewing condition was establishedcorrelation coefficient R2achieved above0.9under different mixing ratio.3. The surviving bacteria counts were reduced with the increase of ACC under different mixing ratio in the dynamic system and the rotation would be good to disinfection of slightly acidic electrolyzed water. ACC variation conformed to zero order kinetics C=Co during dynamic mixing, correlation coefficient R2achieved above0.9under different conditions.Adisinfection dynamics model of slightly acidic electrolyzed water to modified aquaculture wastewaterunder dynamic mixing system was established InN=InN0-KC0tcorrelation coefficient R2achieved above0.9under different mixing ratio.4. The pH values and ORP of slightly acidic electrolyzed waterwould be influenced by temperature and turbidity. The increasing turbidity and low temperature would inhibit the disinfection efficacy of slightly acidic electrolyzed water.
