Green prevention and control of tea tree pests is an important measure to ensure the safety of tea production.In recent years,the pesticide residue in tea has become more and more serious due to the large amount of chemical pesticides sprayed on tea plantations,which has a great impact on the healthy development of tea industry.As an efficient,economical and green control measure,pest light-wave control technology has the advantages of no pesticide residue,no environmental pollution and simple operation,which meet the objective requirements of sustainable agriculture and sustainable plant protection development strategy at present,and can obtain significant economic benefits,ecological benefits and social benefits.Ectropis obliqua Prout is an important leaf-eating insect pest in many major tea-growing regions in China.Currently,many pest killer lamps promoted and applied in China have good control effects on E.obliqua Prout,but they also damage the biodiversity of tea gardens to some extent,which needs to be studied and improved.In order to further improve the control effect of pest killer lamp against E.obliqua Prout,and reduce the side effect on the natural enemy insects in tea garden,this paper researched the trapping and mating interference effect of different optical signals on the adult of E.obliqua Prout,studied the control effect of broad spectrum green light and different frequency vibration light waves on the E.obliqua Prout,and primarily studied the visual organization structure form of E.obliqua Prout compound eye under green light stimulus.The result of the study is as follows:1.The attractive effects of different color light waves on E.obliqua Prout adults are studied.The attractant rate of the six experimental light waves to E.obliqua Prout adults is all lower than 20%,and the trapping effect is poor as a whole.Of the light waves of six colors relatively speaking,the light waves of pink and purple had good attraction effect on female adults,and the attraction rate was 18.8%.Blue,yellow,red,green and white light waves produced no more than 15 percent attractive rate to female adults.The luring effect of light purple light wave on male adults was relatively good,with the luring rate of 20.0%,followed by green light wave,with the luring rate of 18.3%.White,yellow and blue light waves produced no more than 15.0%attractive rates for E.obliqua Prout male adults.The phototaxis of male adults was better than that of female adults.2.The interference effect of different optical signals on the mating behavior of E.obliqua Prout adults was studied.Adopting the method of mating interference by light indoor after treated with 10 hours,the results showed that the mating interference effect of green and red light waves is good,the rate of mating success were 3.0%and 24.0%respectively,the number of egg laid per female adult were 39.3 and 29.2,the hatching rate of egg were 7.6%and 20.5%respectively,and population inhibition effect is obvious.The yellow light had a certain promoting effect on the oviposition,and the number of egg laid per female was 94.4 after treatment.3.The role of vision in mating behavior of E.obliqua Prout adults was studied.The results showed that the rate of mating success at both male and female compound eyes unblinded and only female compound eyes blinded was 28.9%and 37.8%respectively,after treated with green light.When both male and female compound eyes were blinded and only male compound eyes were blinded,the rate of mating success was 8.9%and 15.6%respectively,and the mating success rate decreased significantly.Under natural luminous conditions at night,the mating success rate is higher than that of the compound eyes of both sexes unblinded and only the compound eyes of female blinded,which produced the mating success rate of 64.4%and 51.1%respectively.The mating success rate was 20.0%when only blinded male compound eyes,and 6.7%when both male and female compound eyes were blinded.When both male and female compound eyes were not blinded,the mating success rate under complete-black condition was lower than that under natural luminous condition.The success rate of mating for E.obliqua Prout adults depends,to some extent,on the ability of the male to find the female by sight.The suitable low light stimulation is helpful for the male to locate and look for the opposite sex,and to improve the spawning rate,egg hatching rate and mating success rate of the female.4.The interference effects of different monochromatic green light on the mating behavior of E.obliqua Prout were compared.Different monochromatic green light has no obvious difference in the mating interference effects against the adults,but the interference effect of monochromatic green light at 530 nm is the best.After treated for 10 hours at night,the mating success rate of the tested insects is 20.0%,the number of oviposition is 50.1 per female adult,and the hatching rate of the egg is 58.8%.The copulation rate successfully for the adult in the small space range(0.5m×0.5m×0.5m)is significantly higher than that in the large space range(1 m×1m×1 m).Under the condition of natural noctilucent light,the mating rate successfully for E.obliqua Prout adult is better than that condition of complete-darkness.5.The control effects of broad spectrum of green light as for mating interference and frequency-vibrancy pest killing lamp against E.obliqua Prout in tea orchard were studied.The inhibitory effect of green light on E.obliqua Prout population is remarkable.After continuously treated with green light for 7 nights at the beginning of adult emergence,and the pestcontrol effect at 20 m distance against the second to third instar larvae of the offspring was 71.1%.The pestcontrol effect and control effect were 67.2%and 63.9%repectively,at 20 m distance against the fourth to fifth instar larvae.There has some difference among the luring effect of 12 kinds of frequency light sources on E.obliqua Prout.The number of insects lured by light source of 5#,9#and 12#is more,while the number of insects lured by light sources 3#,2#and 4#is less.The light sources of 5#(spectral range:295-490 nm,peak value:350 nm)and 9#(spectral range:300-390,400-505 nm,peak value:348,452 nm)were more suitable for controlling the pest,and the ratio of natural enemy to pest was both 0.04,which could not only effectively trap and kill the key pests,but also better protect natural enemies insects.6.It is preliminarily determined that the characteristics of the visual tissue structure of E.obliqua Prout in compound eyes and the effect of green light stimulation on the visual tissue structure of E.obliqua Prout in compound eyes.When the compound eye was treated with natural lightwave,the secondary iris pigment particles remained at the tip of the distal cone of the clear zone.This makes the transparent area free of pigment particles and has wider proximal cone holes than under light adaptation conditions to allow more light to enter each small eye and pigment particles to aggregate. |
