| Corn is one of main crops in China,at present,corn harvester as the main equipment for corn harvesting,which is developing rapidly in recent years.Corn harvester is developing towards large-scale,intelligent and automatic.However,the automation level of corn harvesters in domestic is generally low,which is seriously restricted the efficiency and quality of corn harvest.In view of Improve automation level of corn harvester,an intelligent control system for the header was designed based on analysis of working process of corn harvester,the mainly research content were as follows:(1)The operation process of corn harvester header was analyzed,the header height,rotation speed and row harvest were selected as main monitoring object.A core of STM32F4ZGT6 was used as main controller to determine overall design scheme of intelligent control system of harvester header.(2)The intelligent control system of harvester header was designed.According to principle of header height automatic control,fault detection and automatic control,harvester automatic alignment,the hardware selection and circuit design of control system were carried out.The floating,pressing profiling mechanism,touching and opposite mechanism were designed.The working process of profiling mechanism was simulated by Automatic Dynamic Analysis of Mechanical Systems(ADAMS),then the relevant structural parameters were optimized.(3)The control method of header intelligent control system was studied.According to the design requirements of intelligent control system of header,PID control algorithm was used to realize automatic control of header height,and fuzzy PID control algorithm was used to realize automatic row alignment of harvester,Through MATLAB/ Simulink toolbox,system simulation model was built and control parameters were optimized.MDK5 programming software platform has been used for process programming,mainly including:control system main program design,control system display module program design,header height automatic control module program design,header fault detection and automatic control program design,harvester automatic counter program design,etc.(4)The performance of intelligent control system of header was tested based on 4YZP4HQ corn harvester and 4YL-5 corn harvester produced by WUZHENG group,the function test,data analysis,and fault detection of harvester automatic control system were carried out.The test results shown that there was no significant difference between set height average value of 220 mm and actual measured height average value of 223.25 mm,the height difference was 20 mm within with a good stability.In the process of speed measurement,the header fault detection and automatic control system accurately displayed the rotation speed of header with a small signal fluctuation.The harvesting speed of vehicle was 0 ~ 4.2 km/h under the automatic running system of harvester.The intelligent control system of harvester header realized adjustment functions of header height,rotation speed detection,and harvester automatic alignment,and achieved automatic row harvesting.It meet design practical application requirements of project,the research results could provide technical support for the intelligent harvester. |
