The corn harvester is a complex agricultural machinery that combines the functions of picking,threshing,separating,clearing,and collecting boxes.It can greatly reduce the harvesting labor intensity of farmers and can quickly and easily complete the harvesting and storage of crops.As the national economy continues to prosper and develop,the cultural life of farmers continues to improve,and traditional harvesters are increasingly unable to meet farmers’ requirements for the comfort and intelligence of harvesters.Because of the various deficiencies of traditional corn harvesters,there is a lack of the realtime detection and control system for the harvesting operation of the corn harvester makes the equipment failure,not only the maintenance difficulty,but also the planting of the next crop,which will cause significant economic losses to the farmers.The whole machine hydraulic control system of corn harvester designed in this paper designs all the main working parts such as harvester header,operation walking and threshing cleaning as hydraulic drive,and uses PLC as the control core to pass the feedback of various sensors and hydraulic control components.The hydraulic actuators of each working part are controlled in real time,so as to realize the intelligent control of the whole corn harvester,solve the technical problems existing in the current corn harvester,and greatly improve the design and manufacturing level of corn harvesters in China.The technical innovation of agricultural machinery products,in response to the needs of the hydraulic control system of the harvester machine,mainly carried out the following research:The overall scheme of the hydraulic control system of the corn harvester is determined.Based on the analysis of the operation process of the corn harvester and the demand of the control system,the main working parts and power transmission modes of the harvester are studied to determine the hydraulic pressure of the whole machine.The system design and control system should monitor the main parameters of the adjustment,the hardware facilities and hydraulic actuators required by the system.The design of the hydraulic walking system of the corn harvester,by analyzing the requirements of the harvesting speed of the harvester when operating the corn harvester in different environments,and determining the design scheme of the hydraulic walking system based on the analysis of the structure and principle of the hydraulically driven walking system.Calculate and select the hydraulic drive pump and drive motor parameters required for the travel system.The hardware of the corn harvester hydraulic walking system is designed,the driving drive pump and the traveling motor are calculated and selected,and the hydraulic walking control scheme is determined.Corn harvester header hydraulic system,this paper is based on the disadvantages of poor flexibility and lack of control of large headers,and at the same time to meet the needs of hydraulic control of the whole machine,based on the design of traditional self-propelled corn harvester header,the domestic research The advanced hydraulic machinery technology has designed a new hydraulically driven foldable header.According to the requirements of the hydraulic system designed in this paper,the specific structure of the hydraulically controlled corn harvester collapsible header is designed.The hydraulic components such as hydraulic cylinders and control valves are calculated and selected,and arranged and installed.At the same time,the plant spacing detection device is designed to complete the automatic alignment control of the header.The design of the hydraulic control system of the corn harvester.Designing the software and hardware of the hydraulic control system with PLC as the core,designing the control strategy and control scheme of the hydraulic drive walking system of the harvester and the hydraulic system of the header,and the hydraulic pressure required for the important working parts such as the harvester operation,threshing and cleaning.The pump and hydraulic motor are arranged and installed,and various types of sensors are selected and arranged,and data acquisition and control of hydraulic actuators are realized.
