| Solanum melongena L.belongs to Solanaceae.It is one of the widely cultivated Solanum L.vegetables in China.It has high nutritional value and is a popular vegetable that can be supplied every year.Nitrogen is one of the most important nutrients in the growth and development of eggplant,which directly affects the yield and quality of eggplant.For many years,in order to maintain and pursue higher target yield,a large amount of nitrogen fertilizer has been applied,which has a serious impact on the environment.Therefore,improving nitrogen use efficiency of crops and screening nitrogen efficient genotypes have become the focus of future research.In this study,35 eggplants with different genotypes were used as test materials.The effects of genotypes and nitrogen levels on nitrogen efficiency related traits were studied by low nitrogen and high nitrogen treatments.Under high nitrogen and low nitrogen levels,variation analysis was carried out on the traits significantly affected by genotypes and nitrogen levels,and the related traits of nitrogen efficiency were preliminarily screened.The effects of nitrogen treatment on eggplant were studied The main results are as follows:1.ANOVA analysis was conducted on 31 nitrogen efficiency related traits of 35 eggplant high generation inbred lines with different genotypes by two factor analysis of variance.The results showed that genotype had a significant effect on 31 nitrogen efficiency related traits;nitrogen level had a significant effect on 24 traits of 31 traits,only on petiole The effects of chlorophyll fluorescence parameters,fruit dry weight,stem dry weight and leaf dry weight were not significant.2.The results showed that the coefficient of variation of fruit nitrogen content,stem nitrogen content,leaf nitrogen content,root nitrogen content,root fineness,plant development and average root diameter were all low under high nitrogen and low nitrogen treatments.It was preliminarily determined that these seven traits were not suitable for screening nitrogen efficiency of Eggplant However,the coefficients of variation of chlorophyll b,root volume,root length ratio and root density were higher,which could be used as screening indexes for nitrogen efficiency of eggplant.3.By analyzing the nutritional quality of different genotypes of Eggplant under high and low nitrogen levels,it was found that the 35 tested materials could be divided into three types:significant or extremely significant decrease under high nitrogen level,insensitive to nitrogen application,and significant or extremely significant increase under high nitrogen level.At the same time,the nitrate,protein and soluble sugar contents of L3 thumb eggplant were not significantly affected by NO and N1 levels,while the nitrate content of L6 long eggplant and L31 round eggplant were significantly decreased,and the protein and soluble sugar contents were significantly increased.4.Cluster analysis was used to divide 35 eggplant inbred lines with different genotypes into seven nitrogen efficiency types by cluster analysis,including 7 varieties of low nitrogen low efficiency high nitrogen and low nitrogen efficiency(double low efficiency),1 low nitrogen low efficiency high nitrogen medium efficiency type,7 low nitrogen medium efficiency high nitrogen low efficiency type,11 low nitrogen medium efficiency high nitrogen medium efficiency type,7 low nitrogen medium efficiency high nitrogen efficiency type,and low nitrogen efficiency high nitrogen efficiency type-One was high nitrogen and low efficiency,and one was low nitrogen and high nitrogen efficiency(double efficiency).5.Two low nitrogen and high efficiency(L8,L18)and eight high nitrogen efficient(L10,L17,L18,L21,L22,L41,143,L44)materials were evaluated for nitrogen efficiency,and root indexes and nitrogen efficiency indexes had significant effects on nitrogen application level. |
