and protect the intestinal mucosal barrier.Feed enzyme preparations can help intestinal digestion and decomposition,and promote the body’s absorption of nutrients in feed.The research group combined enzyme preparations and microecological preparations,and successfully developed a combination of enzymes and microecological preparations.In this experiment,the compound compound was used as a feed additive for weaned piglets to study its effect on the growth performance,intestinal flora and intestinal mucosal barrier function of the weaned piglet.It is an enzyme and microecological agent compound compound as an alternative to antibiotics for pig raising The industry provides a theoretical basis.Methods: Eighty 28-day-old weaned piglets with similar weights and good health conditions were selected,half male and half female,and randomly divided into 5 groups: 16 piglets in each group.The five treatment components are blank control group,antibiotic group,and compound addition group(including high-dose group,middle-dose group and low-dose group).The test period is 28 days.During the test period,the feed intake,diarrhea and body weight changes of each group of piglets were recorded;after the test,the piglets were slaughtered and blood,cecum contents and small intestine tissue were collected;the blood was separated and serum was used for the detection of serum biochemical indicators The contents of the cecum are used to detect the microbial diversity of the contents of the cecum;the small intestine is used to observe the morphology and structure of the intestinal mucosa.Result: 1.The effect of enzyme and microecological preparations on the growth performance and diarrhea rate of weaned piglets: The average daily feed intake and average daily gain of the compound supplement group increased compared with the blank control group;the middle-dose group had a significantly lower diarrhea rate In the blank control group and antibiotic group(P<0.05).The results showed that the middle-dose group can significantly reduce the feed-to-weight ratio and the rate of diarrhea,and the effect of reducing the feed-to-weight ratio is equivalent to that of antibiotics,and it is better than the antibiotic group in reducing the rate of diarrhea.2.The effect of enzyme and microecological preparations on serum biochemical indexes of weaned piglets: Compared piglets: immunohistochemical results showed that the AOD of the intestinal mucosa ZO-1protein of piglets in the composite group was significantly greater than that of the blank control group(P<0.05),the AOD of ZO-1 protein on the intestinal mucosa of the middle dose group was significantly higher than that of the antibiotic group(P<0.05).5.The effect of enzyme and microecological preparations on the caecal flora of weaned piglets: 16 S rDNA high-throughput sequencing analysis found that compared with the blank control group,the middle-dose group had chao1 index,goods-coverage index,observed-species index,etc.Significantly increased(P<0.05),Shannon index decreased significantly(P<0.05),Firmicutes,Bacteroides and other beneficial bacteria relative abundance increased,Proteobacteria.The relative abundance is reduced.Among them,there was a significant difference in Alpha diversity between the medium-dose group and the antibiotic group(P<0.05),the relative abundance of Lactobacillus was higher than that of the antibiotic group,and the relative abundance of Escherichia-Shigella lower than the antibiotic group.Conclusion: The combination of enzymes and microecological preparations can promote the growth performance of piglets,reduce the rate of piglet diarrhea,promote the liver and kidney functions of piglets,increase blood sugar and reduce blood lipids;improve piglet’s intestinal mucosal morphology and promote tight junction protein ZO-1 The expression of intestinal tract maintains the mechanical barrier of the intestinal tract;improves the abundance and diversity of intestinal beneficial bacteria,regulates the structure and composition of the intestinal flora,thereby improving the intestinal function of piglets,reducing the occurrence
