In order to clarify the selenium and zinc enrichment characteristics of common wheat and black wheat,a high-efficiency selenium-zinc fertilizer application technology for wheat was formed.Field trials were carried out at the Hongdong Wheat Experimental Demonstration Base of Shanxi Agricultural University from 2018 to 2019.The main results are as follows:(1)Spraying selenium fertilizer during booting,heading,anthesis,and filling stages(10 days after Anthesis)increased the thousand-grain weight of 6 common wheat and 2 black wheat varieties,and increased the yield by 2.1-5.4%.The time and amount of selenium application had a greater regulating impact on yield of SN20 in common wheat,and DH1 in black wheat,and the effect of spraying during the anthesis stage(10 days after Anthesis)was the best.Spraying selenium significantly increased the selenium content in the grains to 40.65-231.16 μg·kg-1,and YN999,LX67,SN20,SN086,DH1 and YH161 were sprayed with selenium 30 at the filling stage was significantly the highest;the zinc content in the grains was increased,especially the black wheat varieties reached 28.08-37.78 mg·kg-1,with DH1 being the highest;the manganese content in the grains of SN29,HN1412,SN20 and SN086 were significantly increased;significantly reduced the chromium and copper content in the grains of SN086,DH1,and YH161;reduced the lead and cadmium content in the grains.(2)Zinc fertilizer spraying during booting,heading,anthesis stage(10 days after Anthesis),and filling stages had no significant effect on the yields and their constituent factors of 6 common wheat and 2black wheat varieties.Zinc spraying significantly increased the zinc content in grains to 19.06-43.65mg·kg-1,and SN20,SN086,DH1,and YH161 had the highest zinc spraying 30 g·hm-2 at the booting stage.Increased the selenium content in the grains,especially the black wheat varieties reached 39.66-76.53μg·kg-1,YH161 was the highest;increased the manganese content in the grains of YN999,LX67,SN20,SN086,DH1,and YH161;reduced the chromium content in the grains of SN20,SN086,DH1,and YH161;significantly reduced the content of copper,cadmium,and lead in the grains of DH1 and YH161.(3)Compared with SN086,DH1 significantly increased its yield,and the content and accumulation of selenium and zinc in various organs at maturity stage.Compared with no application of selenium-zinc fertilizer,combined application of selenium-zinc during the anthesis stage(10 days after Anthesis)significantly increased the 1000-grain weight by 2%-5%,the yield by 4%-5%,and the grain selenium content by 95.8-131.7 μg·kg-1 and the zinc content by 7.9-14.9 mg·kg-1.The combined application of selenium and zinc during the anthesis stage(10 days after Anthesis)promoted the accumulation of manganese in the grains,inhibited the accumulation of chromium,cadmium,and lead,and had no significant difference in the effect of copper accumulation.Spraying 30 g·hm-2 sodium selenite+30kg·hm-2 zinc sulfate during anthesis stage(10 days after Anthesis)significantly increased grain selenium and zinc compared with 15 g·hm-2 sodium selenite+15 kg·hm-2 zinc sulfate Content,but the difference in the yield of the two varieties is not significant.
