Allelopathy has important guiding significance in the landscape construction,use of allelopathy to build in line with the modern aesthetic consciousness of landscape,improve the garden landscape ecological benefits,also can use allelopathy to solve the problem of sustainable landscape Cloves(Syringaoblata Lindl.)as a kind of excellent garden plant,to beautify the environment play an important role,also widely cultivated in shanxi agricultural university campus Clove the grass under the tree,the author of this paper Kentucky bluegrass(Poa pratensis L.)planting rate low and dwarf lilyturf(Ophiopogon japonicus(Linn.F.)Ker Gawl-.)was built to study the problem of the high rate of graft,through the lilac garden bare soil leaching solution and clove garden dwarf lilyturf soil leaching solution on the grass allelopathy of Kentucky bluegrass Dwarf lilyturf root secretion solution and clove garden bare soil leaching solution of Kentucky bluegrass the grass seed germination and seedling growth,explored the dwarf lilyturf root secretion ease clove to grassland Kentucky bluegrass allelopathy mechanism,so as to improve the lilac grass under the tree building plant will provide a scientific basis for the success rate of Kentucky bluegrass The main research results are as follows.(1)different types of different concentrations of soil leaching solution on the grass seed germination and seedling growth of Kentucky bluegrass effects are different Not the sterilization of clove garden dwarf lilyturf soil leaching solution on the grassland of Kentucky bluegrass allelopathy show low trend that promote high suppression,in its concentration is 0.1 g/m L and 0.2 g/m L performance,grass of Kentucky bluegrass than control treatment to improve seed germination rate of germination potential,the seedlings seedlings Root elongation and super want to peroxide dismutase(SOD),catalase(CAT)and peroxidase(POD)activity,malondialdehyde(MDA)content is lower;When the concentration of sterilized Ophiopogon japonicum and the concentration of unsterilized Ophiopogon japonicum soil extract was0.1g/m L,the seed germination and seedling growth of Poa bluegrass were both inhibited at 0.2g/m L,0.4g/m L,0.8g/m L,1.0g/m L,and the higher the concentration,the greater the inhibition effect.All concentrations of the sterilized naked soil extract from clove garden had allelopathic inhibitory effect on bluegrass in a concentration-dependent way,and the inhibitory effect was enhanced with the increase of concentration.(2)the lilac garden bare soil and dwarf lilyturf root secretion solution leaching solution work together to promote grass seed germination and seedling growth of Kentucky bluegrass Clove garden bare soil and dwarf lilyturf root secretion solution leaching solution under the processing grass Kentucky bluegrass seed germination Germination percentage and germination index of almost all the allelopathic effect of index greater than zero,and the solution concentration,the greater the dwarf lilyturf root secretion allelopathic effect index,the greater the instructions for the grass germination of Kentucky bluegrass increase;The allelopathic effect index of root length,seedling length and activities of SOD POD and CAT of P.pratense seedlings treated by both treatments were greater than 0,and showed a similar trend to that of seed germination,indicating that both treatments promoted the growth of seedlings,and the promoting effect was more obvious with the increase of solution solubility of root exudates of P.pratense.In conclusion,clove has a certain allelopathic inhibition effect on the growth of bluegrass,and Ophiopogon ophiopogonis can alleviate this allelopathic inhibition,and promote the growth of bluegrass.
