| Longjing City,Jilin Province now has a national Yanbian Yellow Cattle Modern Industrial Park,and as a more developed area of the beef cattle industry,corn silage is of great importance to its development.However,the problems in the production of raw materials,the formation of facilities and the utilization of technology in production practice have led to uneven quality of silage on the one hand and hindered the development of the silage industry in the city on the other hand.To address the above phenomena,the thesis is based on a study of corn silage production and quality in Longjing City.Through a survey and sampling analysis,we aim to understand the current situation of corn silage production in Longjing City and the impact of different production conditions on corn silage quality,so as to provide theoretical reference and practical support for the future development of corn silage in Longjing City and strategic thinking.The details and results are as follows:Firstly,we visited and surveyed the large-scale beef cattle farms and individual farmers around Longjing area,and the survey content was corn silage harvesting,corn harvesting time,storage method,silage cellar type,and technology application.The survey results show that: in 2021,corn silage harvest is significantly higher than the previous two years,including silage corn straw harvest increased by about 16%,yellow silage corn straw harvest decreased significantly by about 11%,whole plant silage corn harvest decreased by about 5%;corn harvesting time is not fixed;storage methods,92.31% of the farms and farmers take the cellar storage,the remaining 7.69%use The use rate of straw kneading technology is only 11.54%;the use of additives,fermentation bacterium use rate is 19.23%,salt use rate is 38.46%,the rest do not use additives;have the ability to complete the silage production of independent ranches and farmers accounted for 30.77%.Secondly,according to the production situation of each ranch and farmer,ranches and farmers with different production conditions were selected as survey objects,and the quality research and fermentative agent promotion tests were carried out in two years.2020 corn silage quality survey was conducted on whole corn silage,corn stover silage and corn stover yellow silage,and four survey objects were selected for each type,and one survey object was selected for fermentative agent promotion tests.In 2021,five farms and farmers making whole plant silage were selected for the survey,and two of them were tested for the promotion of fermenting bacterium,and the percentage of spoilage,sensory evaluation,nutrients,fermentation quality,Fermentation score and number of major microorganisms of all samples were analyzed and compared.Nutrients,fermentation quality and Fermentation score of all samples were measured and analyzed for comparison.The results showed that: the spoilage phenomenon was more serious in whole plant silage maize;some farmers harvested too early resulting in low silage DM content and high ADF and NDF content;the fermentation quality varied among the samples,adopting baling method,using straw kneading technology and perfect infrastructure could improve the fermentation quality,adding fermentation bacterium could effectively control the spoilage phenomenon and improve the lactic acid content.Especially in silage corn straw and whole plant silage corn,the improvement effect is very obvious.Finally,according to the investigation and test results,the following development suggestions and ideas are proposed: firstly,whole plant silage corn should be the main development direction,and its planting area and harvesting volume should be increased;secondly,ranches and farmers should strengthen field management,timely harvesting,fine processing,construction of perfect infrastructure and adding fermenting agents in the planting-processing-storage process;finally,government departments should strengthen supervision and management to improve the acceptance system and give some financial policy support.At the same time to give certain financial policy support. |
