Study On Competitiveness Evaluation And Development Of Kelp Industrial Cluster In Rongcheng City,Shandong Province

Rongcheng City’s unique geographical environment and climate advantages have made it a natural kelp production base in Rongcheng City.It has a long history of development.Since the 1930 s,it has formed a strong breeding force: 2010-2020 Rongcheng Kelp The output ranks first in the country,and the output of kelp accounts for more than half of the country.It is the largest and most productive kelp farming area in Rongcheng City.Rongcheng marine industry is currently in a critical period of development and transformation.How to achieve professional,modern and green development and improve the comprehensive competitiveness of the industry has become an important topic for the development of the current Rongcheng kelp industry.Based on the literature review and field investigation,this thesis makes a qualitative analysis of the development of the kelp industry cluster in Rongcheng.The government’s assistance to the kelp industry,the development of related supporting industries in the kelp industry chain,and the market environment of Rongcheng kelp at home and abroad are analyzed in terms of its current development.The existing problems are analyzed from four aspects,such as weak regional brand influence.This thesis selects the GEM model and establishes the index system for the competitiveness evaluation of the kelp industry cluster in Rongcheng from the perspective of quantitative analysis,and finally constructs 29 index elements of the three-level target layer.The index scoring was finally established,the weight of the 29 indicators in the three-level index layer and the score of the survey were finally calculated,and the total competitiveness of the Rongcheng Kelp Industry Cluster was calculated to be 492 points.From the calculation results of GEM,the agglomeration ability of Rongcheng kelp industry has surpassed the domestic average level,and it also has a great competitive advantage in China,but it is still a long way from a world-class industrial cluster.Finally,from the aspects of natural resource competitiveness,infrastructure competitiveness,enterprise structure strategy and competition,the competitiveness of related supporting industries,and domestic and foreign market competitiveness,the article puts forward the leading enterprises to strengthen the location advantage of the development cluster and develop the cluster.,Strengthen brand building,implement brand plan,establish and improve information service system,accelerate technological upgrading and transformation of kelp processing industry to achieve innovative development,etc.
