areas has changed fundamentally,and the development direction of forestry industry has also begun to transform and adjust.How to rationally utilize the forestry ecological resources scientifically,adjust the industrial structure of the state-owned forest areas,accelerate the development of alternative industries,strive to transform the ecological resources into competitive and development advantages,and find a road of high-quality green development,is a long way to go for the state-owned forest areas.At present,the key state-owned forest areas in Heilongjiang are in the key
