| Seedling transplanting technology can improve the yield of vegetable,guarantee crop growth period,increase land utilization rate,and improve the economic and social benefits of agricultural products.In this paper,the development status of transplanters in China and abroad was reviewed,and their advantages and disadvantages were compared and analyzed.Based on the multi-wheel mechanism and cup-type transplanter,a new kind of self-propelled transplanter in greenhouse was designed and its performance and influence factors were also analysed in the paper.The research content of this thesis includes the following aspects.1.Design of the greenhouse self-propelled transplanterAccording to the multi-wheel mechanism previously developed by the research group and the actual working environment of the greenhouse,a greenhouse self-propelled transplanting machine was designed,and the static analyses of the planting mechanism’s core working component were also carried out in the thesis.2.Study on the performance of planting mechanismThe motion performance of planting mechanism,seedling picking time,planting time,zero speed seeding time and their influencing factors were studied in detail.The kinematic equation,seedling feeding time and planting time of the planting mechanism were obtained by theoretical analyses.ADAMS simulation software of planting mechanism kinematics analysis get the duck mouth planting trajectory and planting point velocity-displacement curve.So as to determine the influence of the forward speed of the transplanting machine and the rotation speed of the star wheel on the planting time.3.Parameter optimization of planting mechanismEDEM discrete element simulation analysis software was used to simulate and analyze the hole-forming process of the planting machine.Quadratic regression orthogonal rotation combination experiment was used to analyze the influence of three parameters of the planting mechanism,which inclued soil depth,working speed and opening angle,on the hole-forming depth and the maximum equivalent diameter of the planting machine.Reasonable working parameters and design of the planting mechanism were obtained.4.Performance test of transplanterBased on the trajectory test of planting mechanism under different rotational speeds,the actual trajectory of planting mechanism under different characteristic parameters was obtained to verify the rationality of theoretical and simulation analysis.The rationality of zero-speed seedling shooting and simulation analysis was verified through the hole-forming performance test,and the structural parameters were further optimized. |
