| Rational fertilization can improve soil fertility,promote the growth of forests and improve the nutrient use efficiency.At present,there were few studies on forest fertilization and nutrient use efficiency,in this study,Young Malus micromalus was selected as the research object,the reduced fertilization scheme(conventional fertilization,20%,40%,60%,80% reduction of chemical fertilizer,recorded as T1-T5 respectively)and the formula fertilization scheme(garden waste compost N+chemical fertilizer N= 0+100%,25%+75%,50%+50%,75%+25%,100%+0,recorded as M1-M5respectively)were formulated according to soil fertility and forest fertilizer requirement,in order to explore its impact on soil fertility,growth and nutrient use efficiency.The main conclusions are as follows:(1)Different fertilization schemes can effectively improve the soil nutrient content.In 0-60 cm soil layer,the organic matter content was 6.52-21.13g/kg,M5 reached the highest,which was 16.15g/kg,while T2 was the lowest,only 12.12g/kg;The total nitrogen content was 0.34-1.14g/kg,M4 reached the highest,which was 0.90g/kg,while T3 was the lowest,only 0.65g/kg;The content of alkali-hydrolyzable nitrogen was 56.47-117.13mg/kg,M1 was the highest,which was 96.09mg/kg,while T4 was the lowest,only 79.32mg/kg;The available phosphorus content was 22.33-39.59mg/kg,M3 reached the highest,which was 33.62mg/kg,while T5 was the lowest,only 28.71mg/kg;The content of available potassium was 63.61-91.61mg/kg,T5 reached the highest,which was 79.41mg/kg,while T4 was the lowest,only 69.79mg/kg.The nutrient content decreased with the deepening of soil layer,which was 0-20 cm > 20-40 cm > 40-60 cm,short-term fertilization had little effect on soil p H.(2)In reduced fertilization scheme,with the decrease of chemical fertilizer application,the height,ground diameter,crown width and biomass of Malus micromalus decreased,T1 was the best treatment.The growth of Malus micromalus under formula fertilization scheme was generally better than reduced one,M3 was the best treatment,which was better than T1.(3)Different fertilization schemes can effectively promote the growth of chlorophyll,soluble sugar and protein content in leaves,the formula fertilization scheme was generally better than reduced one,M3 had the best effect,which was 6.26mg/g,2.25g/kg and 8.19g/kg,respectively.(4)After fertilization,the nutrient content of each part increased.For reduced fertilization,as the amount decreased,the nutrient use efficiency increased,and T3 was the highest,with nitrogen,phosphorus and potassium being 33.36%,10.67% and 41.51%,respectively.For formula fertilization,nitrogen,phosphorus and potassium nutrient use efficiency of M3 reached the highest,which was35.19%,11.88% and 45.37%,respectively. |
