Study On Post Occupancy Evaluation And Optimization Strategies Of Countryside Greenways In Lishui City

With the release of the "Greenway Planning and Design Guidelines" by the Ministry of Housing and Construction and the "Technical Guidelines for Greenway Planning and Design in Zhejiang Province" by the Department of Housing and Urban-Rural Development of Zhejiang Province,the construction of greenways has been in the forefront of development in various regions of China,among which the construction of greenways in Zhejiang Province has been in the forefront of development.In recent years,Zhejiang Province has built about15,000 kilometers of various types of greenways,the scale of greenway construction is getting larger and larger,and the corresponding demand for evaluation and enhancement of greenways is also increasingly prominent.At present,the evaluation of greenways in China mainly focuses on urban greenways,and the evaluation of countryside greenways is relatively small.In terms of how to build countryside greenways more reasonably,we must face the needs of greenway users,through evaluation after use,we can find the problems of the completed countryside greenways and promote the completed countryside greenways optimization and improvement.This dissertation takes the countryside greenway of Lishui City as the example,and the theoretical research foundation of this dissertation is laid through the study of domestic and foreign greenway literature,environmental behaviors,recreation and post-use evaluation theories.The post-use evaluation model of the countryside greenway in Lishui city is built by using participants observation method,behavioral trace observation method,interview method and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method based on hierarchical analysis.By applying the POE evaluation model to the countryside greenway in Lishui City,the post-use evaluation system of the countryside greenway in Lishui City was constructed from four aspects: natural elements of the greenway,recreational elements of the greenway,construction elements of the greenway and management and maintenance of the greenway through literature review,expert consultation and fieldwork.The index weights of the four criterion layers and twenty-three factor layers were determined using hierarchical analysis,in which the index weights of the four criterion layers were ranked as greenway natural elements(0.4901)> greenway recreation elements(0.3172)> greenway construction elements(0.1191)> greenway management and maintenance(0.0736).The results show that the satisfaction of natural environment and recreation conditions in the design of countryside greenway in Lishui City far exceeds the greenway construction and management and maintenance.The established countryside type POE evaluation system of Lishui City was applied to Xiandu-style Greenway,and the evaluation information of users was collected through questionnaires,combined with the evaluation index weights,and the weighted average type fuzzy comprehensive mathematical calculation was used to arrive at the score of each index of Xiandu-style Greenway.The overall score of Xiandu-style Greenway is 87,and the four guideline level elements are ranked as greenway natural elements(90 points)> greenway construction elements(87 points)> greenway recreation elements(84 points)= greenway maintenance and management(84 points).The results show that visitors are satisfied with the natural landscape,layout planning and facilities maintenance of the Xiandu-style greenway,and there is still room for improvement in terms of cultural and historical shaping,integration into local life experience,embodiment of the characteristics of the greenway facilities and greenway management,and improvement and optimization strategies.
