The agricultural sector is an important supply sector for agricultural production,an important part of the national economy,and a prerequisite for the development of other industries.Compared with other industries,agriculture is more dependent on the ecological environment and more closely related to the ecological environment.Agricultural ecological efficiency can not only reflect the development of agricultural economy,but also comprehensively measure the impact of agricultural production activities on the environment.Compared with agricultural efficiency that does not consider undesired outputs,it can better measure and reflect economic,social and The degree of coordinated development of the three environmental benefits.Therefore,measuring my country’s agricultural development from the perspective of agricultural ecological efficiency plays a very important role in narrowing regional differences in agricultural ecological efficiency and ensuring the healthy and orderly development of agriculture.This paper selects 30 provinces(municipalities and autonomous regions)in China as samples,constructs the expected and undesired input-output index system from four aspects of machinery input,natural resource input,chemical input and labor input,and uses the SBM of undesired output.The model measures my country’s agricultural ecological efficiency,and then analyzes the change trend and distribution of agricultural ecological efficiency from the overall and regional perspectives in two aspects: static and dynamic.The spatial effect decomposition is carried out,and the following conclusions are finally drawn:(1)A static analysis of agricultural ecological efficiency shows that,on the whole,from 2000 to 2019,China’s agricultural ecological efficiency,agricultural pure technical efficiency,and agricultural scale efficiency are all far from the frontier of efficiency;agricultural ecological efficiency shows a fluctuating trend,2008 The annual value of agricultural ecological efficiency is the largest;the time trend of scale efficiency is roughly the same as that of agricultural ecological efficiency,and the value of pure technical efficiency shows a downward trend in the fluctuation.In terms of spatial differences,the high-efficiency area gradually moved to the east,and the levels of agro-ecological efficiency in the sample provinces were quite different.In redundancy analysis,the low agricultural eco-efficiency is due to more pollutant emissions from factor inputs and undesired outputs.(2)The dynamic analysis of agricultural ecological efficiency shows that overall agricultural comprehensive productivity is on the rise.Provincially,the total factor productivity of the four major regions in my country has shown an upward trend in fluctuations,and the change trend is relatively similar in general.(3)The global autocorrelation analysis of agro-ecological efficiency shows that my country’s agricultural ecological efficiency shows spatial agglomeration as a whole,and the agglomeration effect is basically stable;the local auto-correlation analysis of agricultural ecological efficiency shows that my country’s agricultural Eco-efficiency is dominated by low and low agglomeration in local areas.(4)According to the estimation results of the spatial Durbin model,it is concluded that the impact of urbanization level and agricultural technology level on my country’s agricultural ecological efficiency is "inverted U";agricultural human capital and agricultural irrigation rate have a positive effect on the improvement of my country’s agricultural ecological efficiency.The promotion effect of China’s agricultural ecological efficiency;the planting structure will inhibit the improvement of my country’s agricultural ecological efficiency.The effect decomposition results show that there is a significant positive spatial spillover effect on agricultural human capital and agricultural irrigation rate,and a significant negative spatial spillover effect on the planting structure.Proposal of Japan’s agricultural life efficiency rate Can be adjusted,agricultural element input structure,construction surface source pollution control system,etc.
