Study On The Influence Of Agricultural Credit On Agricultural Green Total Factor Productivity

Is the reality of the production factor that our country agricultural industry invests and fluctuant circumstance how? At the same time,what is the status quo and characteristics of the impact of agricultural production on the environment? In the process of considering the impact of agricultural credit on agricultural green total factor productivity,what specific input and output indicators should be considered so that the negative externalities of agricultural production process on environment can be reasonably included in the performance evaluation index to reflect its impact on agricultural green total factor productivity? Does the change of government policy orientation really affect the green performance of local agricultural credit?Firstly,the influence mechanism of agricultural credit on agricultural green total factor productivity was deduced through literature review and theoretical analysis.Secondly,the paper investigates the current development of Agriculture in China,uses DEA-Tobit "two-stage" research thinking to measure the green performance of agricultural credit in various provinces in China and conducts empirical analysis on its influencing factors.The research conclusions of this paper are as follows:(1)Theoretical research shows that: Green agricultural production mode compared with the traditional agricultural production way,is that the green sustainable agriculture industry in the first place,and will be in the agricultural production on the impact of environmental ecology department into the production behavior of consideration,considering the negative externality of environment construction,the agricultural credit performance measurement system,more in line with the contemporary advocate green sustainable development point of view,Promote the green transformation of agricultural industry and optimize the structure of agricultural credit market.(2)Empirical research results show that: At present our country agricultural credit green performance has strong regional features,is located in agricultural credit green performance on the surface of the efficient frontier regions and provinces is less,the rest of the provinces and cities have a lot of room to improve,there is no lack of among them in the traditional sense of the big agriculture province,with the deepening of the green concept of sustainable development,the national overall development level of agricultural credit green performance good,Overall each economic zone in eastern agricultural credit green performance is better than that of the western economic zone,and the western economic zone performance is superior to the central parts of the agricultural credit green performance were significantly influenced by regional economic development level,urbanization level,the fundamentals of industrial structure,agricultural production machinery and equipment level,the influence of such factors as At the same time,the change of policy direction also promoted it.Finally,based on the research conclusions,this paper puts forward some policy suggestions,such as optimizing the input structure of agricultural production factors,adjusting credit policies,attaching importance to the accumulation of human capital in agricultural production,and establishing the green performance evaluation system of effective agricultural credit.
