| Planting mulberry and raising silkworms is a great invention of the ancient Chinese people,it has a long history and it cover all over the country.The main areas of production have also moved from the Yellow River Basin to the Yangtze River Basin,and now to the central and western regions represented by Guangxi.The output of silkworm cocoons and raw silk in Guangxi has been the first in China for nearly 20 consecutive years.The national strategy of "Shifting mulberry from east to west" has been successfully presented in Guangxi.Guangxi has become the main production area of sericulture industry in China and even the world.The silk industry has become an advantages industry to promote the development of agriculture and rural economy of Guangxi,increase farmers’ income,expand county economy and build a new socialist countryside.She shoulders the important mission of maintaining and stabilizing China’s central position in the world silk industry.However,there are also a series of problems in the development of sericulture industry.Through reading literature,on-the-spot investigation,comparative analysis and other methods,this paper studies the development of sericulture industry in Guangxi from the aspects of sericulture production scale,silk processing capacity and utilization of sericulture resources.It is concluded that the planting and breeding part of sericulture industry in Guangxi is facing the problems of the cost too high,benefits keep coming down,greatily influenced by market,the competition among industries is intensified,and the level of scientific planting and breeding is not high enough;In terms of industrial chain,it is facing the problems,such as imperfect industrial chain,the silk industry is too weak,the level of comprehensive utilization of resources is low,the scientific research and innovation ability need to improve,the construction of intellectualization and digitization lags behind,and so on.In view of the problems encountered in the development of sericulture industry in Guangxi,this use the empirical analysis method to calculate the grey correlation degree of the factors affecting Guangxi sericulture industry bigger and stronger.The results shows that among the factors affecting the output value of sericulture industry,Guangxi GDP,silk reeling capacity,mulberry garden area,silkworm egg volumes,cocoon output,number of sericulture farmers and China exports silk goods are in the first influence echelon,and the correlation degree is between 0.8-1;The output of silk quilt,the investment of fixed assets in agriculture,forestry,animal husbandry and fishery,and the income of tourism in Guangxi are in the second influence echelon,and the correlation degree is between 0.7-0.8;The output of silk and interlace fabric and the investment in scientific research and technical service industry are in the third influence echelon,and the correlation degree is between 0.6-0.7.Finally,combined with the development status and development environment of sericulture industry in Guangxi,this paper puts forward some suggestions to solve the main difficulties in the development of sericulture industry in Guangxi,so as to promote the sustainable and steady improvement of sericulture industry: First,steadily improve the sericulture production capacity,deepen the distribution of sericulture production areas and improve the production and management capacity of sericulture farmers;Second,construct the whole silk industry chain,introduce advanced equipment and talents,and promote the development of silk deep processing industry;Third,improve the comprehensive utilization level of sericulture resources,dig deep into the potential value of sericulture resources,and cultivate enterprises and brands with industry influence;Fourth,improve the innovation ability and strengthen the research and development of new varieties and new machines;Fifth,strengthen policy support and improve financing channels to boost the development of sericulture industry. |
