| In order to accelerate the modernization of agriculture and rural areas and the construction of a new countryside,the CPC Central Committee with Comrade Xi Jinping at its core has formulated a rural revitalization strategy in line with the direction of China’s social development in its work concerning agriculture,rural areas and farmers in the new era.Industrial prosperity are the foundation in rural revitalization,and Consolidating the foundation of agricultural production capacity and accelerating agricultural transformation and upgrading are the fundamental guarantee for realizing livable rural ecology,civilized rural culture,effective governance and a prosperous life.Since the rural revitalization strategy was put forward,Napo County,Guangxi,starting from its own resource endowment,has selected sericulture industry as the key development industry,developed local characteristic industrial economy,created advantageous industries,expanded county economy,promoted farmers’ income,and built a new socialist countryside.In this paper,literature analysis is adopted,taking the connotation of rural revitalization strategy as the starting point,by analyzing the inevitability of rural revitalization strategy,how to implement rural revitalization at home and abroad,and how to realize the development of local sericulture industry at home and abroad.Guided by relevant theories such as characteristic industry theory and sustainable development theory,combined with the development process of sericulture industry in Napo County,At the same time,through in-depth field investigation,understand the development status of sericulture industry in Napo County.Using questionnaire survey method and semi-structured interview method,found that there are many problems in the development process of sericulture industry in Napo County:In the planting industry,the level of mulberry organization and scale is low;Mulberry varieties aging,seedlings disorderly;Water and fertilizer management of mulberry trees is extensive,and mulberry trees are affected by pests and diseases;Mulberry cultivation type harvesting unscientific and other problems.There are some problems in silkworm cultivation,such as extensive management,poor technology,and non-standard technology of accelerating,replenishing and collecting ants.In the processing industry,the foundation of the processing industry is weak,the deep processing capacity is insufficient,the brand awareness is weak,the brand building is lacking,the link between leading enterprises and farmers is quite porous,the interest relationship is difficult to coordinate,and other problems need to be solved urgently.In addition,there are also difficulties such as lack of technical extension service talents,lack of promotion funds,low utilization rate of sericulture resources,insufficient development and utilization of sericulture cultural tourism resources,and limited investment of government funds.In view of the problems encountered in the development of sericulture industry in Napo County,this paper puts forward specific suggestions and improvement strategies to overcome the obstacles existing in the process of revitalization of sericulture industry in Napo County.First,starting from the raw material end,stabilize the production capacity of sericulture industry and improve the output per unit area;Second,from the service end,improve the quality of industrial service.Improve the organization of sericulture production and management,strengthen industrial infrastructure,and consolidate the foundation of rural revitalization;Third,improve the level of processing enterprises.Introduce relevant enterprises and advanced equipment to improve the deep processing capacity of silk enterprises;Fourth,on the policy side,improve industry-related policies to ensure the long-term development of the industry.Through joint efforts,help revitalize rural industries and fulfill the great historical mission of rural revitalization. |
