| In this paper,based on biogas high value-added utilization technology,exploratory development of a set of biogas production of biomass CNG process.The chemical process simulation software Aspen Plus was used to simulate,analyze and optimize the core part of the process.Finally,the pilot test and comprehensive evaluation of the newly developed biogas CNG production process were carried out.The results showed that the technology of producing biomass CNG from biogas was feasible and the comprehensive benefit was obvious.The main work of this paper is as follows:Firstly,it introduces that energy is the bottleneck restricting the steady and healthy development of China’s economy.In order to achieve the "double carbon" emission reduction task,we should speed up the construction of sustainable development of energy system.When the biogas is purified and Compressed to more than 10 MPa but less than 25 MPa,biomass Compressed Natural Gas(Compressed Natural Gas,CNG for short)can be obtained,which is a kind of clean and renewable energy.In this paper,the development of biogas industry at home and abroad is described and compared,and the necessity and urgency of biogas production CNG process is clarified in combination with the utilization technology of biogas abroad and the development status of biogas industry in China.Secondly,described the biogas filling process,pointed out that biogas must be dehydrated,desulphurized and decarbonized before filling,and introduced a variety of biogas purification and filling technology.Based on biogas purification and filling technology,combined with the difference of the physicochemical properties of the main components of biogas,a preliminary development of biogas production process of biomass CNG.Thirdly,four-stage compression and liquefaction of biogas after desulfurization and dehydration treatment to remove carbon dioxide is the core part of the whole biogas production process of biomass CNG.In this paper,Aspen Plus simulation software is used to select appropriate physical methods and equipment modules to build the newly developed process.The simulation and calculation of biogas four-stage compression and liquefaction process of carbon dioxide removal were carried out by input initial process parameters,and the influence of compressor operating parameters(compression ratio,compression stage,initial inlet temperature,pressure,composition and outlet temperature of each cooler)on process performance was further analyzed.According to the analysis results,the above working condition parameters are adjusted and optimized.Fourthly,four-stage compression and liquefaction of biogas after desulfurization and dehydration treatment to remove carbon dioxide is the core technology of the whole biogas production process of biomass CNG.In this paper,Aspen Plus software is used to simulate chemical process.On the basis of selecting appropriate equations of state and modules,a newly developed process model is established.According to the initial process conditions,the simulation and calculation of biogas purification and four-stage compression process were completed,and the influence of compressor working parameters(compression ratio,compression series,initial inlet temperature,pressure,composition and outlet temperature of each cooler)on the process performance was further analyzed.According to the analysis results,the above working condition parameters are adjusted and optimized. |
