Due to the special climate,terrain and geology in the Jianghuai watershed region,the region has uneven spatial and temporal precipitation,poor soil water-holding capacity and groundwater shortage.Water resources are sufficient in total quantity but do not match with the demand of agricultural water in time,which is the restricting factor for the stable development of agriculture in this region.In order to solve the contradiction between supply and demand of agricultural water in this region,a reservoir-pond water resource regulation and management platform was built in each irrigation area of the Jianghuai Watershed based on the efficient water resource regulation and utilization technology system of the reservoir-pond system,which is of great significance to improve the utilization rate of water resources,reduce the cost of agricultural production and realize cost saving and efficiency increasing in the irrigation area of Jianghuai watershed.In this study,a reservoir-pond combined irrigation information system was constructed based on WebGIS.And this system construction was divided into four stages that are irrigation area selection and model construction,system design,data collection and system development and implementation.The results are as follows:(1)Irrigation area selection and model construction.the typical irrigation area of the Jianghuai watershed-Daguantang irrigation district was selected as the research area.Based on the water balance model and crop water requirement model,three model was were established according to the characteristics of reservoir-pond irrigation system.Firstly,the farmland irrigation water requirement model is(?).Secondly,the irrigation water requirement forecast model is(?)).Lastly,the reservoir-pond joint water regulation model:(?).the model simulation results are in line with the reality,and can be used for the calculation of water resources regulation in the irrigation area of the Jianghuai watershed reservoir-pond system.(2)System design.Based on the farmland irrigation water requirement model,the irrigation water requirement forecast model and the reservoir-pond water regulation model,the reservoir-pond irrigation information system was designed.The system architecture includes data layer,function layer and application layer.The data layer stores spatial and attribute data,meteorological data,hydrological data,soil data and crop data of the irrigation area.The functional layer is composed of hydrological and irrigation forecast model bank.And the application layer includes dynamic monitoring of water level,recommendation of irrigation water demand,forecast of irrigation water demand,query of reservoir water transfer,data report and visualization of meteorological data..(3)Data collection.DEM,DOM data and land use data were used to collect spatial and attribute data,crop planting data,soil data and other data information of irrigated areas.Then real-time meteorological data and weather forecast information were collected through the ground observation data of China Meteorological Data Service Centre and Weather China.(4)System development and implementation.The system is implemented based on WebGIS under the B/S architecture,using the front-end and back-end separation development method.The front-end uses Umi+Dva+Antd+OL framework,and the back-end uses SpringBoot+SpringDataJPA framework.Besides,the database includes MySQL and PostGIS,then combined with Python script to realize the reservoir-pond irrigation information system.The system has realized the visualization of water resources storage and spatial information in the irrigation area,irrigation water quantity recommendation and forecast and water quantity adjustment calculation and other functions,which can effectively provide users with dynamic monitoring of water resources in irrigation areas,simulation of crop water requirement,irrigation water quantity prediction,water quantity adjustment query and other services.The functions were tested and run after the development and implementation of the joint irrigation information system.And the website worked well and achieved the expected goals.This system provides a fast,intuitive and effective means for scientific allocation water resources and efficient utilization of irrigation water in the Jianghuai Watershed Region.And it provides technical support for energy conservation,emission reduction and grain yield improvement in irrigation areas.In addition,it has theoretical and practical value in promoting the development of management informatizition and agricultural informatizition in irrigation areas.
