Plot seeder is a special sowing machine for field breeding experiment,and plot drill is one of the main models of plot seeder.The research on plot drill started late in China,at present,the degree of automation of plot drill is low,and the accuracy of sowing is not high,which affects the results of breeding experiments.Aiming at the existing problems,this paper designs a plot drill electric seed metering system based on Beidou Positioning System.The specific research contents are as follows:(1)Aiming at the problem of poor consistency of displacement in each row,the movement characteristics of wheat in centrifugal seed dispenser are analyzed,and the key factors affecting wheat movement are determined,Through EDEM simulation test and bench test,it is obtained that the influence of various factors on seed uniformity from large to small is:centrifugal seed dispenser speed,number of bosses and length of bosses,The optimal parameter combination is that the centrifugal seed dispenser speed is 1200 r/min,the number of bosses is 6,and the boss length is 16 mm.(2)In order to improve the automation degree and operation accuracy of plot drill,the plot drill electric seed metering system is designed;The hardware design of electronic seed metering system mainly includes power circuit design,signal acquisition module design,actuator module design and human-computer interaction system design.(3)By analyzing Beidou data to obtain plot drill forward speed information,on this basis,the control model between plot drill forward speed and cone grid speed is established,the cone grid speed control is completed,and the control flow of stepping motor and DC motor is designed.(4)The self purification test shows that the seed clearing rate of seed clearing link is 100%;The speed stability test of DC motor shows that the speed error is less than 4 R / min;Three groups of field experiments showed that the variation coefficient of the consistency of each row displacement of plot planter was 4.06%~7.63%,and the average variation coefficient was 5.87%,6.07% and 5.12% respectively;The variation coefficient of seeding uniformity of plot planter ranges from 16.30%~29.13%,and the average variation coefficients are20.1037%,20.8875% and 21.3213% respectively,which meet the operation requirements.
