| High yield,high quality,multi-resistance and strong adaptability are the general goals of rice breeding.Bacillus thuringiensis(Bt)transgenic rice is a new type of rice developed in recent decades.The Bt gene is transferred into crops to improve crop resistance to pests;in order to ensure the safe use of transgenic crops,before commercial production A biosecurity risk assessment must be performed.In this study,analysis methods and models such as variance analysis,correlation analysis,Eberhart-Russell regression analysis,and GGE biplot were used to analyze the high-yield,stable-yield,and adaptability of different transgenic Bt rice in Jiangxi production areas in 2019,2020,and 2021.At the same time,the rice yield and the four main yield components(effective panicle,grain number per panicle,seed setting rate,and 1000-grain weight)were evaluated,and the adaptability of the transgenic intermediate test materials was preliminarily evaluated,and then better for the next step.Prepare for environmental release testing and production testing.(1)The results of variance analysis showed that in 2019,the A test group reached an extremely significant level between sites,while the interaction between varieties and places × varieties was not significantly different;in 2019,the B test group and the 2021 test group were between varieties,sites,and the interaction of places × varieties all reached a very significant level;the varieties in the experimental group reached a significant level in 2020,and the difference analysis between sites was not carried out due to the lack of experimental sites.It shows that under different environmental conditions,different rice varieties have different stability and adaptability to the environment.(2)The analysis of yield and yield components showed that there was a positive correlation between rice yield and its yield components in experimental groups A and B in2019 and experimental groups in 2021,but the correlations varied with years and varieties;the 2020 experiment There was a very significant positive correlation between effective panicle and yield,and a very significant negative correlation between seed setting rate and yield.Effective panicle was significantly negatively correlated with 1000-grain weight.For further high yield,consideration should be given to coordinating various yield components on the basis of increasing effective panicle.(3)Comprehensive analysis shows that the tested varieties R19C×A04 in the A test group in 2019,the test varieties R19C×B03 in the B test group in 2019,and the test varieties R21C×10 in 2021 are all high-yield and stable-yielding varieties,which are in different varieties.In the ecological environment,it has good yield,good stability,good adaptability,and strong resistance to diseases and insect pests.Compared with non-Bt conventional control varieties,the yield is significantly increased.It has a high application value in actual production in Jiangxi.Further consideration can be given to expanding regional experiments.,to prepare for the next environmental release test;the 2020 test variety R20C×09 has effective ear height,high seed setting rate,high yield,strong resistance to diseases and insect pests,and has a significant increase in yield compared with non-Bt control varieties.It is a high-yield variety and needs further research.It can be better evaluated by evaluating its stability. |
