In this study, we take the early rice medium-maturing varieties of hunan province regional test in 2010 as materials,carried out to compare test in eight different ecological regions. Experiment by randomized block design, repeat 3 times. Through investigated the agronomic traits, yield components,and the yield stability of ten hybrid rice varieties, obtained the following main conclusions are as follows:Medium maturity group have 10 new varieties of early rice regional trial of Hunan Province in 2010,the yield of 477.40~412.85kg/667 square meters, average yield of 445.77kg/667 square meters, CK, Zhu 819 yield is 442.25kg/667 square meters. The yield of 6 varieties was higher than CK, Ling Hang you 674 compared with CK significantly, the other 5 varieties in the range of 1.13%~4.38%, four varieties of production,677S/1994 and Zhu1S/Bang 26 production reached significant level.yield components of stability analysis shows that the change the trend of less effective panicle expressed good stability, more effective panicle expressed poor stability, production was significantly positive correlation, the increase of effective panicle can significantly increase the production of varieties. The change trend of the performance for the 1000 grain weight, Small grains trends show the variety production stability is good, big grain varieties of poor stability,1000 grain weight was negatively related for variety production, effects of 1000 grain weight on yield is not significant.he Analysisyield stability of varieties showed that output stability performance of the best variety is 393S/Jiazao 173 varieties, the 1000 grain weight of 26.3g, the effective panicle of 233,000 /667 square meters, the actual grain number 99.2 grains/panicle, total grain numberl26.8 grains/panicle, the average yield of 461.60 kg/667 square meters, production is second, than ck Zhu819 yield by 4.38% and the coefficient of variation was 7.12%. Data analysis shows that a moderate level of 1000 grain weight,more effective panicles and big panicle type varieties is high yield variety of ideal.
