In accelerating the process of grain crop harvesting mechanization,China has set off a climax of the development of combine production and use,and has become a large country in the production and use of combine.The vicious accident of combine harvester leads to wear,failure,damage,shutdown,shutdown,energy waste and environmental pollution of combine harvester,resulting in great economic losses.More than half of the malignant accidents of combine harvesters are caused by lubrication failure.Lubrication is not only related to the normal operation of combine harvesters,but also related to energy conservation and environmental protection.Now lubrication technology has become the functional element of agricultural mechanization and transformation and upgrading of agricultural equipment.Without advanced lubrication technology,there will be no modernization of agricultural machinery.Therefore,it is necessary to explore and study the dry oil lubrication technology of combine harvester.The main contents of this paper are as follows:1.Taking the 4lz-8b combine produced by an enterprise as the research object,the lubrication condition and lubrication demand of the combine are analyzed according to the structure and actual working environment of the combine.Then,according to the lubrication requirements of the combine,the structure,working principle,applicable occasions,advantages and disadvantages of dry grease gun lubrication,grease cup lubrication,single line centralized lubrication,double line centralized lubrication,multi line centralized lubrication and progressive centralized lubrication are compared and analyzed.2.According to the lubrication conditions and lubrication requirements of the combine,the centralized lubrication form of the lubrication combine is determined,and the determination methods of the main design parameters such as the consumption quota of grease at each lubrication point of the combine,the model of grease,lubrication cycle,distributor and multipoint lubrication pump are given.The hardware of the lubrication system such as multi-point lubrication pump,distributor and pipeline are selected,Design a new multi line centralized lubrication system for combine harvester.3.According to the lubrication characteristics of the combine bearing,Siemens NX software is used to conduct three-dimensional modeling of the combine bearing,ANSYS Space Claim software is imported to extract the liquid domain in the inner cavity of the combine bearing,and ANSYS fluent is used to analyze the grease distribution and velocity flow field at different speeds.4.Explore the influence of temperature,speed,load and other factors on the service life of lubricating grease in the bearing,and aiming at the infarction caused by the deterioration and hardening of waste grease after the failure of lubricating grease in the bearing cavity of combine harvester,use ANSYS FLUENT software to simulate the recovery technology of waste grease,design the waste grease recovery system,carry out the experiment of waste grease recovery,and analyze and study the experimental data with Origin software,The results show that the waste oil recovery technology can effectively recover the waste oil.
