Yudong meat goat is a new breed bred in Henan province with Boer goat as male parent,Huai goat and horse head goat as female parent.Kinship records are incomplete.In this study,the production performance of the core group was determined on the basis of the declaration of the new breed of Henan meat goat to explore the growth and development regulation of 310(300 ewes)in the core group of Henan meat goat by 12 pairs of internationally accepted microsatellite primers,10 rams)healthy individuals were subjected to microsatellite(SSR)analysis,and bioinformatics methods were used for genetic diversity parameter statistics and molecular pedigree construction.Below are key research findings:(1)The body weight and body size indicators of five different growth and development stages of Yudong meat goat were measured.Compared with the Huai goat and Boan F3 of the same genetic background,the Yudong meat goat ram was 2 months old(weaning)),6-month-old(first estrus),and 12-month-old(body maturity),the body weights at each stage were 69.35%,100.67%,and 135.54% higher than those of Huai goat,and 12.54%,20.86%,and 36.17% higher than those of Boan F3.The body weight of ewes at weaning at 2 months,6 months and one year old was 91.60%,130.17% and157.90% higher than that of Huai goat,and 31.86%,32.15% and 23.16% higher than that of Boan F3.The slaughter rate and net meat rate of 6-7 months old Yudong goat were 6.16% and 0.44% higher than that of Huai goat.In addition,the average lambing rate was 43.2% higher than that of Boan F3,but 18% lower than that of Huai goat.The results show that Yudong meat goat has excellent performance and strong potential in these aspects.(2)The male and female sheep in the core group of Yudong meat goat grow the fastest from birth to 2 months old,with an average growth rate of 179.33 g/d and 173.03 g/d respectively.After reaching the level of physical maturity,breeding can be carried out.The physical maturity of rams is actually later than that of ewes,so attention should be paid to timely breeding.The three growth models of Logistic,Gompertz and Von Bertalanffy were used to nonlinearly fit the weight and body size data of Henan meat goats.The Von Bertalanffy model had better simulation effect on the body weight and body size of male and ewes(R2 >0.970).It was found that the weight(99.34 d),body height(38.9 d)and body length(19.20 d)of ewes reached the inflection point earlier than that of rams(130.53 d,45.57 d,26.82 d),while rams reached the peak of growth and development later.on ewes.(3)A total of 144 alleles were found in 12 microsatellite loci in the core group of Henan meat goats,with an average number of alleles of 11.8.The microsatellite locus with the largest number of alleles was CSSM66,with 26 alleles,and the microsatellite locus with the smallest number of alleles was BMS0812,with 5 alleles.The results of genetic diversity analysis showed that the average polymorphic content(PIC)of 12 microsatellite loci was 0.646,among which loci BM1329,BMS0812 and BM6404 were moderately polymorphic loci,and the remaining 9 loci were highly polymorphic The average expected heterozygosity(He)of the Yudong meat goat core population was0.683,and the average observed heterozygosity(Ho)was 0.625.According to the kinship of different male animals,it is divided into 7 paternal animal families,which can include 185 female animals,and the other 115 female animals are classified into the category of no family.To sum up,Yudong meat goats have excellent production performance,great potential,and rich population genetic diversity.Most females have great reproductive potential,so attention should be paid to rational and scientific breeding and management.In this study,the production performance of Yudong Meat Goat was scientifically evaluated,and the production indexes of Yudong Meat Goat were fitted by nonlinear equations,and their growth and development laws were mastered,laying a foundation for better feeding management and high-level meat production performance Base.The construction of SSR family has certain application value and practical significance for clarifying group kinship and scientific breeding and propagation.
