As a strategic resource for national development,crop germplasm resources carry important responsibilities for food security and people’s livelihood.After more than 70 years of development,the research work on crop germplasm resources in my country has formed a systematic management of germplasm resources.process.At present,the shared management of germplasm resources data in the agricultural field mostly adopts a centralized data management model,and a large amount of data is in the hands of a few people,which has problems such as low utilization efficiency,data leakage,and easy tampering.In recent years,with the popularization of the application of blockchain technology,the research on blockchain technology in the agricultural field has also been gradually carried out.According to the characteristics of decentralization,safety,reliability,openness and transparency of blockchain technology,it can provide a highly open,secure,standardized and controllable environment for the management and utilization of germplasm resource data.This paper applies blockchain technology to the field of germplasm resource data sharing,constructs a germplasm resource data security sharing model,and designs and implements a germplasm resource data security sharing system.The main work contents are as follows:(1)The germplasm resource data storage model was constructed.Through the research on germplasm resource data and user identity data,the on-chain and off-chain collaborative storage model of "IPFS+blockchain" is proposed.The smart contract is used to complete the on-chain germplasm data,and the data structure for off-chain storage of germplasm data is designed.,to solve the problem of complex data storage.(2)Build a blockchain-based germplasm resource data security sharing model,and design a blockchain-based data security sharing scheme and user sharing contract.Based on asymmetric encryption algorithm,the encryption and decryption process of safe sharing of germplasm resources data is presented.The secure transmission design of germplasm data is completed through smart contracts,and RSA asymmetric algorithm is used to encrypt the data during the incoming process,and the pseudocode for encrypted transmission is given;then,from the aspect of data sharing,the organizations participating in the sharing are designed User’s contract.The solution of fixed block computing power is adopted to solve the application fork problem of the Ethereum consensus mechanism.(3)Design and implement the overall architecture of the blockchain-based germplasm resource data security sharing system,select a blockchain network suitable for the system in this paper,and build a blockchain node system environment.Use the access interface to realize the interaction of smart contracts,complete the development of the germplasm resource data security sharing system based on the Ethereum framework,and finally conduct security analysis and performance analysis of the system.To sum up,this paper empowers the blockchain technology and computer comprehensive application technology in the field of safe sharing of germplasm resources data,so that the sharing process of germplasm resources data can be decentralized and transparent,with high security and anti-tampering.,standardized and controllable and so on.Through the germplasm resource data security sharing system based on blockchain technology,scientific research institutions or data owners can efficiently share real germplasm resource information.For data security issues,it is closely tied to each user who accesses the chain,effectively avoiding data leakage and tampering.It is helpful for the efficient use and development of germplasm resources data.
