Mulberry protein,feed mulberry protein,as a new type of high protein feed,Mainly used in livestock and poultry feed.has great development potential.It can not only alleviate the contradiction between the rapid development of animal husbandry and feed shortage in China,but also improve the meat quality safety and taste of livestock.However,the unique hilly and mountainous terrain in south China severely restricts the mechanized harvest of mulberry,and the development of mulberry industry is seriously affected.In this paper,according to the agronomic requirements of protein mulberry planting and harvesting,protein for mulberry harvest mechanization needs to solve the key problems in all the way,to design a through sex good,strong applicability,protein mulberry united harvest machine performance is stable,and can be a one-time harvest,chopped,transshipment,unloading and other requirements,this article main research content is as follows:(1)This paper investigated the agronomic traits of mulberry protein plants in hilly areas,and measured the average planting density,stem density and average yield per mu among mulberry protein fields.At the same time,the average natural growth height,stem diameter and silage demand of mulberry were studied,which could provide reference for the design of mulberry combine harvester.(2)According to the operation requirements of the albumen mulberry combined harvester,the transmission path and mode,chassis layout structure and operation speed of the albumen mulberry harvester were determined.Combining with the planting characteristics of mulberry protein,the optimum cutting table layout form,cutting table width,cutting mode,cutting table conveying auger form,and threshing wheel were determined.According to the structure form of the whole machine to determine the intermediate conveying device;To ensure the quality and reliability of the shredding device,mixing roller,feeding roller,blade and other components to determine the structure and layout;To adapt to the hilly mountain area harvesting design of hydraulic turn-over dump type tank.(3)The three-dimensional model of the shredding drum shaft was established,and the modal analysis was carried out by ANSYS.The vibration patterns of the first order to the sixth order of the cutting roller shaft and the natural frequencies of the cutting roller shaft were obtained.The three-dimensional solid model of the blade was drawn,and the stress and deformation nephograms obtained by the static analysis were imported into the Workbench.It was concluded that the blade had sufficient strength and stability.(4)Through verification test to verify the actual working parameters and performance of each component,the most real performance parameters of the mullet combine harvester were obtained: the actual cutting table adjusting height is 500-1700 mm,the actual working speed is 1.68 km /h,the working efficiency is greater than 20 mu/day,the grounding pressure is18.83 kpa,and the actual design volume of the hopper is 1.2m2.The standard length of protein mulberry harvester was 96.59%,which was higher than the design value and industry standard.The total job loss rate is 1.57%,which is better than the design value ≤2%.The failure rate of the total stubble of the protein mulberry harvester was 3.96%,which was less than 5% of the design requirements.The germinating rate of protein mulberry crop after machine harvest is 100%,higher than the design demand 98%.Through the test and measurement data,it is concluded that the protein mulberry combine harvester has excellent performance and successfully solves the problem of protein mulberry harvesting to meet the needs of users.
