| With the development of economy,people pay more and more attention to the improvement of the quality of life,and the demand for edible oil is also higher and higher.As a new type of special oil plant,cyperus esculentus has a broad development prospect,however,because its seeding equipment has not been widely used and has not been industrialized so far,the technical problems of the seed-sowing equipment of cyperus esculentus have been continuously concerned,in order to improve the ability of filling seeds,reduce the rate of seed leakage,and reduce the damage of seed metering device to seed in the process of seeding,it is important to develop the equipment for seed sowing of cyperus esculentus,in this paper,the key components and relevant parameters of the horizontal disc seed metering device of cyperus esculentus are designed,and the performance of the horizontal disc seed metering device of cyperus esculentus is simulated and analyzed by using EDEM software,after the simulation results meet the requirements,the horizontal disc seed metering device of cyperus esculentus is made,and the simulation results are verified by bench test.The performance of seed metering device was tested by JPS-12 seed metering device test-bed,and the optimum parameters combination of seed metering device was verified by bench test.The main contents of the study are as follows:(1)The moisture content,triaxial size,1000-grain weight,density,angle of repose and Angle of static friction of the seed of cyperus esculentus,which was popularized in Qian Gorlos Mongol Autonomous County,Songyuan,Jilin Province,were measured,it provides the reference for the design of the key parts of the seed metering device and the related theoretical analysis.(2)Analyzing the working process of the seed metering device,designing and setting the key components and performance parameters of the seed metering device according to the material characteristics of the seed metering device,taking the horizontal disc type seed metering device of cyperus esculentus as the experimental model,the seed-metering performance of the seed-metering device was simulated by the EDEM software,and the effects of different seed-metering disc rotation speed on the qualified rate,the missed rate and the reseeding rate were studied when the chamfer length was 4 mm and the taper angle was 45 °,the simulation results show that the highest qualified rate is 94.6%,the lowest missed rate is 4.9%,and the reseeding rate is 0.5% when the rotation speed of the seeding plate is 32.4 r/min.After the simulation results meet the requirements of seeding,the horizontal disc seed metering device of cyperus esculentus is made and the simulation results are verified on the bench.(3)On the basis of《GB/T6973-2005 test method of single-seed(precision)seeder》and《JB/T10293-2013 technical conditions of single-seed(precision)seeder》,the bench test of seed metering device was carried out.Taking the length of Chamfer,working speed and inclined angle of conical surface as the influencing factors,the single factor test was carried out with the qualified rate,the rate of missing seeding and the rate of reseeding as the test indexes,the influence law of the experimental factors on the experimental indexes and the better range of the factors are obtained.The optimum experiment of the seed metering device was carried out by Box-Behnken response surface method,and the parameters of the experiment were optimized by Design-Expert.The optimized parameters were working speed 4 Km/h,conic angle 45 °,chamfer length 3 mm,and the qualified index was 92.8%,the missing seeding index was 6.8%,and the reseeding index was 0.4%.(4)The optimal parameter combination is verified by bench test.The results showed that the qualified rate was 93.1%,the missing rate was 6.5%,and the reseeding rate was 0.4% when the horizontal disc seed metering device of cyperus esculentus working speed was 4 km/h,the chamfer length was 3 mm,the conic inclined angle was 45 °,the results were almost in line with expectations.The horizontal disc seed metering device of cyperus esculentus designed in this paper can improve the filling capacity of seeds,reduce the rate of seed leakage,and reduce the damage to seeds during seed metering,it provides a certain analysis basis for the design of the related seed metering device in the future. |
