| Pennisetum giganteum Z.X.Lin has excellent biological characteristics and great development potential. In order to explore the effect of different management measures on the growth and development of Pennisetum giganteum Z.X.Lin,three management measures of different fertilization types, different weeding methods and stubble treatment were arranged in this experiment.Carry out research to obtain the optimal cultivation method for Pennisetum giganteum Z.X.Lin planting to maximize the benefits of Pennisetum giganteum Z.X.Lin cultivation. The results show:(1)Through the fertilization experiment,it can be concluded that fertilization has a significant effect on the growth of Pennisetum giganteum Z.X.Lin.Compared with unfertilized Pennisetum giganteum Z.X.Lin,the plant height of microbial fertilizer increased by 28.04 cm,the number of tillers increased by 2,and the above-ground biomass was average.Increased by 3024.74 g,urea increased by 59.79 cm on average compared with unfertilized giant grass, the number of tillers increased on average by 4,and the above-ground biomass increased by 5271.75 g on average.Compared with microbial fertilizer and urea, urea is more microbial.Fertilizer has a significant impact on the plant height, tiller number and above-ground biomass of the Pennisetum giganteum Z.X.Lin.Urea is more able to make the plant grow faster, the plant height is higher, the number of plant tillers increases, and the above-ground biomass significantly increases.(2)Through the weeding experiment,it can be concluded that weeding has a significant effect on the growth of Pennisetum giganteum Z.X.Lin,artificial weeding Compared with the unweeded Pennisetum giganteum Z.X.Lin,the plant height increased by an average of 13.95 cm,the number of tillers increased by one,and the above-ground biomass increased by 613.98 g on average.Compared with the unweeded Pennisetum giganteum Z.X.Lin,the plant height increased by an average of 13.86 cm and the number of tillers. An average increase of 1 and an average increase of 356.70 g above-ground biomass.Compared with artificial weeding and mulching weeding, artificial weeding has a significant impact on the plant height, number of tillers, and above-ground biomass of Pennisetum giganteum Z.X.Lin.Weeding can make plants grow faster, have higher plant height, increase the number of tillers, and significantly increase the above-ground biomass.(3)Through the flat stubble test,it can be concluded that the flat stubble has a significant effect on the growth of the Pennisetum giganteum Z.X.Lin.Compared with the unstubbed the Pennisetum giganteum Z.X.Lin,the average plant height of the flat stubble increased by 32.14 cm,the average number of tillers increased by 7,and the aboveground biomass The average increase was 478.78 g,the plant height grew rapidly after the stubble was flattened, the number of tillers increased, and the biomass of the Pennisetum giganteum Z.X.Lin increased significantly.(4)Among the growth indicators of Pennisetum giganteum Z.X.Lin,there was a significant positive correlation among plant height, number of tillers and aboveground biomass, and the correlation coefficient between plant height and number of tillers was the largest;the relationship between plant height and number of tillers and aboveground biomass was analyzed. The relationship between plant height and aboveground biomass was significantly correlated, followed by the number of tillers. The plant height was the optimal relationship for aboveground biomass after the suitability test of the sample data.Among the growth indicators of a single Pennisetum giganteum Z.X.Lin,plant height, diameter, and number of leaves were significantly positively correlated with aboveground biomass, and the correlation was in the order of number of leaves>plant height>diameter,so the number of leaves had the greatest impact on aboveground biomass.Data suitability test plant height, diameter and number of leaves are the optimal relationship of aboveground biomass. |
