| With the rapid development of China’s animal husbandry economy,the consumption demand for dairy products is increasing year by year,which also provides huge room for the development of China’s dairy farming industry.Accompanying this is the fact that in the large-scale breeding process of cows,diseases that require surgical treatment seriously constrain the economic benefits of the dairy farming industry.When performing surgical treatment on some diseased cows,it is necessary to first perform fixation treatment.Currently,most fixation products at home and abroad are fixed structures,which cannot be adjusted according to different body sizes of cows,reducing the comfort of the fixed cows and also affecting the convenience of veterinarians during surgical operations.At present,only a few dairy farms in China are equipped with specialized fixing devices,which are generally simple four column or six column fences.Although the fixing devices of these column structures have a certain fixing effect,their fixing efficiency is low,and they can easily pose certain safety hazards to operators during the fixing process.This article designs an automatic operating table for cow health examination.Based on the fixed needs of cows during common surgical operations and the size of cows’ body,the functional structure and overall control system of the automatic operating table for cow health examination are designed;Use SOLIDWORKS 3D modeling software to design the 3D modeling structure of the automatic operating table for cow health examination,and complete the selection of main hydraulic components and the design of hydraulic system schematic diagram;According to the three-dimensional model of the operating table,the Kinematics sketch of the turnover mechanism is established;Based on the motion principle of the operating table in the process of turnover and the geometric relationship between the turnover mechanism and other parts,the mathematical vector equation of the turnover mechanism is established.On the basis of the conversion method of Algebraic equation and vector equation,the Kinematics mathematical model of the turnover mechanism is further simplified by using Euler equation,and then the motion characteristics of the operating table in the process of turnover are analyzed;Based on ADAMS simulation software,the flipping motion of the automatic operating table for cow health examination was simulated and analyzed,and the actual motion law of the operating table during the flipping process was obtained,verifying the stability of the flipping mechanism motion and the rationality of the structural design;At the same time,according to the Kinematics sketch of the turnover mechanism,the dynamic model of the turnover mechanism is established,and the dynamic theory analysis is carried out;Through simulation,it was verified that the dynamic conditions of the automatic operating table for cow health examination during the flipping process meet the working requirements;The finite element analysis software ABAQUS was used to analyze the stress state of the automatic operating table for cow health examination during the process of standing and lateral fixation.The strength and stiffness of the structure were verified to meet the working requirements,and the design of the automatic operating table for cow health examination was completed.. |
