Establishment Of High-frequency Fast Breeding System For Honeycomb Cut Flower Chrysanthemums And Quantification Of Cut Flower Characteristics And Quality

Honeycomb cut flower chrysanthemums have a wide range of colorful flowers and high ornamental value,and are loved by consumers because of their unique shape like a ball,which has the symbolic meaning of reunion and happiness.In recent years,cut flower chrysanthemums of good quality are widely used,and the market demand is large,but the overall planting level of cut flower chrysanthemums in Ningxia is not high,and no specialized and standardized production system has been formed,so the quality and quality of cut flower varies,and the product quality is not guaranteed,and it cannot adapt to the demand of scale.In order to meet the demand for large-scale production of cut flower chrysanthemum in this region and establish a complete seedling system,this experiment takes honeycomb cut flower chrysanthemum as the test material,establishes a high-frequency fast breeding group culture system for honeycomb cut flower chrysanthemum,explores the effects of different hormones and substrate treatments on cut flower chrysanthemum,determines the grading standard of honeycomb cut flower chrysanthemum group culture seedlings,screens high-quality first-class group culture seedlings,and establishes a rooting system outside the bottle.At the same time,we carried out the cultivation experiment of honeycomb chrysanthemum,measured and scored 16 agronomic traits of 8 honeycomb chrysanthemum varieties,and initially established a comprehensive evaluation model of honeycomb chrysanthemum.Through multivariate statistical analysis,the quality of honeycomb cut flowers was quantified and a comprehensive evaluation system was constructed to screen out the varieties of cut flowers with good quality,establish an efficient cultivation system for seedlings of honeycomb cut flowers,and provide technical support and theoretical guidance for the large-scale production of cut flowers in Ningxia.The main research results are as follows:1.Establishment of a hive-type cut flower chrysanthemum group culture fast breeding system.(1)The best sterilization method for honeycomb cut flower chrysanthemum stem tip:0.20%HgCl2 solution sterilization for 5 min.(2)Optimal settings for the peeling of stem tip meristem tissue of honeycomb cut flower chrysanthemum explants:the optimal size for the peeling of primary culture explants is 0.1～0.2mm.(3)The best medium for succession proliferation of different varieties of cut flower chrysanthemum are as follows:the best medium for succession proliferation of honeycomb cut flower chrysanthemum dark pink oblate,purple oblate,red oblate and yellow oblate is,MS+6-BA 0.5mg/L+NAA 0.6mg/L;the best medium for succession proliferation of white oblate,green oblate,pink oblate and white oblate is:MS+6-BA 0.3mg/L+NAA 0.4mg/L.(4)The best light quality treatment for the growth of cellular cut flower chrysanthemum histoculture seedlings:red and blue complex light(1RB)is the best red and blue light ratio suitable for the growth of cut flower chrysanthemum succession histoculture seedlings.2.Effects of different hormones and substrate treatments on rooting of cut flower chrysanthemum seedlings in group culture.(1)The best rooting medium for hive-type cut flower chrysanthemum seedlings:MS+6-BA 0.5mg/L+NAA 0.6mg/L.The seedlings rooted well under this treatment and the highest survival rate of test tube seedling domestication.(2)Grading criteria for cellular cut flower chrysanthemum seedlings:Grade 1 plant height is greater than 8.68cm and root length is greater than 14.91cm;Grade 2 plant height is between 6.05cm and 8.68cm and root length is between 9.11cm and 14.91cm;Grade 3 plant height is between 4.18cm and 6.05cm and root length is between 5.16cm and 9.11cm;Grade 4 plant height is less than 4.18cm and root length is less than 5.16cm.Root length was less than 5.16 cm.(3)The best ratio of substrate for transplanting cellular cut flower chrysanthemum seedlings:vermiculite+perlite+grass charcoal soil(1:1:1),the plants grow well and the seedlings are strong and have a high survival rate.3.Selection of high quality varieties of honeycomb cut flower chrysanthemums and construction of comprehensive evaluation system.We evaluated the comprehensive characteristics of honeycomb cut flowers and established an effective evaluation model by combining the actual production of cut flowers and the market requirements for cut flower quality.The top-ranked varieties are yellow,pink and white.According to the market sales,yellow,white and pink cut flowers are widely used and suitable for cultivation in Yinchuan.
