Forest Health And Wellness Base Planning Based On State-owned Forest Farm

The aging of population has become an increasingly serious social problem in our country.The increase of people’s living pressure leads to a serious threat to physical and mental health.The big health industry is an important direction of national development in the future.Forest health care is known as a’natural hospital’for self-healing without artificial medical means,which is an important part of the health industry.State-owned forest farm has rich forest health care tourism resources and superior ecological environment,which is the best destination for forest health care.Forest health care as a new form of forest eco-tourism,its rapid development momentum for the transformation of state-owned forest farm industry has brought a golden opportunity for development,the development of forest health industry is undoubtedly a good choice to turn clear water and green mountains into gold and silver mountains.Firstly,through a large number of literature reading and data collection,this paper summarizes the related concepts of forest health care at home and abroad,the development of forest health and wellness base construction,the types of health products,the health care function of forest health care to human body and the development status of forest health and wellness base based on state-owned forest farm in China.Then using the method of field investigation and suitability evaluation and analysis of advantages and disadvantages,the existing forest health care resources in Miaoshou Forest Farm were investigated,evaluated and analyzed to determine whether Miaoshou Forest Farm has the ecological environment conditions,health resources conditions and infrastructure conditions for the development of forest health and wellness base;finally,taking full advantage of the existing resource conditions in Miaoshou Forest Farm,combined with the actual situation of the forest farm,the overall spatial layout of the Miaoshou Forest Farm health and wellness base was preliminarily formed,and the sectorization,health product planning and health facilities planning were carried out according to the requirements of’Planning guidelines for forest based health and wellness base’(LY/T 2935-2018).The main results are as follows:(1)The development of forest health industry and the construction of forest health and wellness base is the inevitable trend of national and social development,which can promote the development of national tourism and meet the needs of social health;it is an effective way for the reform of state-owned forest farm to realize industrial transformation.It is of great significance to make full use of forest health care tourism resources in state-owned forest farm and improve the comprehensive benefits of forest resources.(2)According to the suitability evaluation system score,the total score of the construction suitability of Miaoshou Forest Farm health and wellness base is 50 points,which is a high suitable construction condition.Miaoshou Forest Farm has abundant forest health care resources,good natural ecological environment,abundant plant resources,landscape and human resources.Infrastructure conditions and social and economic development status have certain advantages.It meets the requirements of forest health care resources and infrastructure conditions of forest health and wellness base construction,it is suitable to carry out forest health and wellness base construction activities.(3)The total area of Miaoshou Forest Farm health and wellness base is 1492.51hm~2,and the overall spatial layout of’one center,one belt,two districts and multiple points’is determined;the overall sectorization divides the health and wellness base into three areas:forest health care area,experience education area and comprehensive service area.Among them,the forest health care area is 664.20hm~2,accounting for 44.50%;experience education area is 780.95hm~2,accounting for 52.33%;the comprehensive service area is 47.36hm~2,accounting for 3.17%;forest health care area is divided into two sub-regions:forest bathing area and fitness area;experience education area is divided into two sub-regions:health education area and red culture education area.The comprehensive service area is divided into four parts:the general reception management service area,the base entrance management service area,the campsite management service area and the rehabilitation rest management service area,and the corresponding health products are constructed in each area.(4)The planning of health products mainly includes three types of products:medical health products,sports and leisure health products,and cultural popular science health products.The health and wellness facilities such as reception accommodation,catering and entertainment,and forest health care interpretation are set up.The resources in the state-owned forest farm are fully utilized to create a characteristic forest health and wellness base that integrates medical health care,sports fitness and popular science research,and provide a basis for the healthy and orderly construction of the forest health and wellness base in Miaoshou Forest Farm.
