Rural areas are rich in renewable energy resources,but there are problems such as imperfect energy infrastructure,low electrification level and backward energy usage.Developing energy internet in rural areas can effectively improve rural energy infrastructure,enhance the level of rural renewable energy development,improve rural electrification,reduce carbon emissions and help achieve the dual carbon goal.In addition,the development of energy Internet in rural areas is also an important means to build a new type of power system,realize rural revitalization and effectively solve the "three rural issues".At present,the construction of rural energy Internet is still at the pilot stage,and its operation mode and business scope need to be further explored,the enthusiasm of various entities to participate in the operation of rural energy Internet needs to be improved,and the problem of benefit distribution among different entities needs to be solved.Therefore,this paper researches the distribution of benefits among multiple subjects of rural energy Internet to make the distribution of benefits among subjects more scientific and reasonable,and constructs an evaluation model of rural energy Internet operation mode to identify the weak links of rural energy Internet operation and provide suggestions for its development.First of all.the connotation of rural energy Internet is summarized from two aspects,namely,physical system and information system,in conjunction with the concept of energy Internet.The physical system includes the supply side,grid side and user side,and the information system includes the sensing layer,platform layer and application layer.The typical application scenarios of rural energy Internet are constructed from three aspects:"residential life","industrial development" and "agricultural production",and the physical system and information system of the scenarios are described.The physical system and information system of the scenario are described.Based on the typical application scenarios of rural energy Internet,the operation mode of rural energy Internet is summarized in terms of participating parties,operation mode and business scope.Then,using the system dynamics model,the rural energy Internet operation is divided into cost subsystem and value subsystem,and the cause-effect relationship diagram and system flow diagram are constructed respectively.The rural energy Internet operation scenarios with the participation of four different subjects are constructed,and the cost-value measurement and technical-economic analysis are carried out.The analysis results show that compared with the scenario with only energy supply enterprises,the rural energy Internet operation with multiple subjects’ participation has better economy and can effectively reduce the operation cost and improve the energy utilization efficiency.Its net present value increases from-307.82 million yuan to 5.4560 million yuan.Secondly,the roles of rural energy Internet multi-entity benefit distribution and the basic principles and influencing factors of benefit distribution are clarified.On the basis of the traditional Shapley value method,the Shapley value method is improved by considering cost and risk respectively,and these three methods are used to allocate benefits to rural energy Internet operations.The analysis results show that the improved Shapley value method considering risks is more reasonable and effective,and the percentage of benefits obtained by energy supply enterprises is reduced by 7.33%and the percentage of benefits obtained by rural energy Internet operating entities is increased by 7.66%compared with the basic Shapley value method.Considering the factor that rural energy Internet operating subjects take greater risks,the share of benefits received by rural energy Internet operating subjects is increased,and the enthusiasm of each subject to participate in cooperation is enhanced.Finally,based on the principle of evaluation index construction,the evaluation index system of rural energy Internet operation is constructed from three aspects:energyization of resources,low carbonization of energy use,and inclusive development.The G1 method,CRITIC method and DEMATEL method are combined to determine the combination weights using the idea of cooperative game.The operation model of a rural energy Internet construction demonstration is evaluated using the cloud model,and the evaluation results show that its operation model is at a better level.Among them,the evaluation using the cloud model effectively solves the problems of randomness and fuzziness of some evaluation indexes,and the evaluation results are more intuitive.
