Research On Evaluation Of Green Development Level Of Rural Energy In China

With the proposal of China’s "beautiful China" vision and "dual carbon" goal,the call for accelerating China’s energy green transformation is becoming stronger and stronger.As an important part of China’s realization of the vision of "beautiful China" and the goal of "dual carbon",the green energy transformation in rural areas is of great theoretical and practical significance to correctly evaluate the level of green energy development in rural areas.Based on green energy development level index system at home and abroad on the basis of in-depth study,first of all,from the perspective of the rural energy consumption situation in our country,and then to rural energy green development level index factors is analyzed,finally established with clean,convenience and economy,affordable four sorts of comprehensive evaluation index system of the development level of rural energy green.Then,through the comparison of various methods for determining weight to choose the combination of analytic hierarchy process(ahp)and entropy weight method empowerment method to determine the development level of rural energy green index weights,and then on the basis of comprehensive index method to evaluate the level of rural energy green development in our country,then,in view of the regional development level of rural energy green causes differentiation,At the same time,the problems existing in the green development level of rural energy in China are analyzed.Finally,according to the current rural energy development problems,put forward the corresponding policy suggestions.The main content of this paper are:(1)the total energy consumption in rural areas in China and rural residents per capita consumption has appeared the trend of increased after decreased first,in terms of energy structure for rural residents as a whole,the early stages of rural residents consumption accounted for the first three varieties of energy is straw,wood burning,coal,the recent phase of rural residents consumption accounted for the first three varieties of energy is coal,electricity,fuel wood.(2)The overall level of green energy development in rural areas of China has achieved significant improvement,among which the level of cleanliness and security has made great progress.(3)From high to low,the green development level of rural energy in China is in the following order:North China,East China,central and south China,west China and northeast China.Among them,the green development of rural energy in northeast China is close to stagnation.(4)The improvement of green development level of rural energy in North China mainly comes from cleanliness and security;in central and southern China and Eastern China,it mainly comes from cleanliness and convenience;in western China,it mainly comes from economy.The stagnation of rural green development in northeast China is mainly due to the lack of convenience and guarantee.
