| Cultivated land is the key resource to stabilize agricultural supply and guarantee food security,which is of great significance to realize high-quality agricultural development.The function of cultivated land has diversified,driven by the diversification of people’s needs,rapid economic growth and steady social progress.There are few studies on the multi-function of cultivated land in the arid area of northwest China in academic circles,while the Hotan River Basin is a typical area dominated by traditional agriculture in the arid area of northwest China,and it is also a key area to solidly implement the rural vitalization strategy Consequently,what is important is the practical significance and academic value tot carry out multi-functional evaluation of cultivated land in Hotan River Basin and analyze coupling coordination.In this paper,Hotan River basin as the research area,the one is to analyze the utilization of cultivated land,explain the practical problems of multi-functional utilization of cultivated land.The second is to carry out multi-functional evaluation of cultivated land.Firstly,the multi-functional evaluation index system of cultivated land is constructed.Based on the four functions of cultivated land agricultural production,social security,ecological service and cultural rest,the evaluation indexes are selected to measure each function.Secondly,the single function and comprehensive function of cultivated land were evaluated from time and space dimensions.Using the entropy-weight TOPSIS to allocate weights to evaluation indicators and calculate the closeness degree of single function and comprehensive function.Using Arc GIS software to reveal its spatial distribution characteristics;Finally,the time-point and time-period variation of single function and comprehensive function of cultivated land were analyzed and their causes were analyzed.The third is to carry out multi-functional coupling coordination analysis of cultivated land.Firstly,the time-point and time-period variation of coupling degree and coupling coordination degree are calculated and analyzed by coupling coordination degree model..Secondly,the relative development mean of each single function was calculated,and the coupling coordination degree was combined to identify the multi-functional coupling coordination development mode of cultivated land.Fourth,according to different coupling and coordinated development modes of multi-functional cultivated land,the different recommendations of multi-functional exploit cropland were put forward.The results showed that :(1)In terms of multi-function evaluation of cultivated land,the temporal and spatial evolution of single and comprehensive functions of cultivated land was significant.Firstly,the temporal dimension,the single function and comprehensive function all enhanced of the cultivated land have been enhanced..The social security and comprehensive function increased from Ⅱ(Relatively weak)to Ⅳ(Relatively strong),the function of agricultural production increased from Ⅲ(general)to Ⅴ(strong),the function of ecological service increased from Ⅱ(Relatively weak)to Ⅲ(general),and the function of cultural rest gradually increased from Ⅰ(weak)to Ⅲ(general).Secondly,from From the spatial dimension,the multi-functional spatial distribution of cultivated land in Hotan River Basin was significant from 2000 to 2019.The comprehensive functions of western,central and eastern regions were enhanced first and then unchanged,the function of agricultural production in the western and eastern regions increased first and then remained unchanged,while that in the central regions increased first and then weakened.The function of social security was strengthened first and then remained unchanged in the western regions,and strengthened first and then weakened in the central and eastern regions.The ecological services in the central and eastern regions were enhanced first and then remained unchanged,while in the western regions they were enhanced first and then decreased.The functions of cultural rest have been enhanced in the western,central and eastern regions.(2)In the analysis of multi-functional coupling coordination of cultivated land,the overall coupling coordination degree fluctuates,but no stable and efficient coordinated development mechanism has been formed,and the coupled coordinated development mode can be divided into multi-functional coordinated development mode,agricultural production function leading mode,ecological service function leading mode and cultural rest function leading mode.Firstly,from the time dimension,the coupling degree of cultivated land is always in the high level running-in stage,and the liaison coherence level increases from mild antagonistic coordination type to high running-in coordination type.Secondly,from the spatial dimension,the multi-functional coupling degree of cultivated land in all counties is located in the high level running-in stage;The coupling coordination degree gradually increases in the west,first increases and then decreases in the middle,and first strengthened then unchanged.in the east.Third,Moyu county and Luopu County are multi-functional coordinated development type,Pishan County and Cele county are agricultural production function dominant type,Hotan County is ecological service function dominant type,Hotan city is cultural rest function dominant type.(3)In terms of countermeasures and suggestions for multi-functional utilization of cultivated land,this paper puts forward 11 specific measures for 4 coordinated development modes:multi-functional coordinated development mode,agricultural production function leading mode,ecological service function leading mode and cultural rest function leading mode. |
