"Butuowu potato"is a local characteristic potato resource in Butuo County,Liangshan Prefecture,Sichuan Province,as a national geographical indication product.Due to the serious degradation of minitubers and the serious decline in quality and yield due to years of continuous cultivation,it is urgent to detoxify and rejuvenate the tubers,improve the breeding efficiency of the minitubers and reduce the loss during storage.Aeroponics is a new soilless culture method that can increase yield and efficiency by more than 70%compared to traditional substrate culture.Many studies have been done on nutrient solution and foliar spraying in the production of the minitubers of aeroponics.Under the same conditions,the yield of"Butuowu potato"is much different from that of other varieties.In addition,there are few studies on storage characteristics of protoparasites after foliar spraying in early stage.In order to improve the minitubers efficiency and reduce the loss during storage,virus-free plantlet of"Butuowu Potato"was used as test material in this study.Water,Ca(NO32,GA3+Ca(NO32,GA3+e Br,KH2PO4,S-3307,Ca(NO32+KH2PO4,GA3+Ca(NO32+S-3307,were sprayed on leaves in spring and autumn under aeroponic culture condition The method of KH2PO4,GA3+Ca(NO3)2+S-3307 to improve yield and efficiency of the minitubers of"Butuowu potato"by fog culture.At the same time,the dormancy and germination characters of the minitubers of different harvest batches,different regulators and fertilizer treatments,and different sizes were studied,as well as the growth and yield performance of the subsequent expansion of the minitubers.The main results are as follows:1.Effects of fertilizers and regulators on plant growth and yield of potato aeroponicsThe result the ratio in spring and autumn,with increasing by 41.0%,50.6%,24.8%,31.5%and 111.1%,109.1%,21.1%,21.5%respectively.GA3+e Br treatment significantly increased plant height,leaf area index(LAI),dry matter of stems and leaves distribution both ratio in spring and autumn,with increasing by 37.5%,39.3%,24.6%,30.6%and 72.2%,77.3%,21.5%,22.7%respectively.S-3307 treatment had significantly reduced plant height.But it significantly increased the ratio of minituber dry matter by34.3%and 12.7%respectively in both seasons.Hormones and fertilizer treatments have significant effects on tuber number and yield in both seasons.During two seasons,the highest tuber number per-plant was obtained in GA3+e Br treatment,which was significantly higher than that of CK,with an increase of 63.3%and 26.1%respectively.Compared with CK,S-3307 treatment significantly increased the yield per-plant with an increase of 54.2%in spring.The yield per-plant has reached a high level under Ca(NO32,GA3+Ca(NO32and GA3+e Br treatment in autumn.2.Effects of fertilizers and regulators on the storage of aeroponically cultivated potatoThe storage of the original potato seed was affected by the harvesting time and the regulation of exogenous fertilizers and hormones at the seedling stage,and the number of harvests were not used.The overall performance is that the dormancy time in autumn is longer than that in spring.In spring and autumn,the effects of different hormone and fertilizer treatments at the seedling stage on the dormancy of the two harvested stock showed consistent regularity.Compared with CK,the treatments containing GA3,GA3+Ca(NO32,GA3+e Br,GA3+Ca(NO32+S-3307 released the dormancy of the minitubers earlier and shortened its dormancy range.In spring and autumn,with the delay of harvest time,the germination period,dormancy period and dormancy range of potato stock showed a trend of first decreasing and then slowly increasing.The germination period,dormancy period and dormancy range of the original potato seed in spring and autumn were shortened with the increase of the grade,and the difference between small potatoes was greater than that of large potatoes.The variation in spring is significantly larger than that in autumn.The dormancy time and germination rate of potato stock were consistent in all experiments.3.Effects of fertilizers and regulators on the propagation of aeroponics potatoGA3+Ca(NO32treatment increased the root length by 16.7%of the original potato planted after the first harvest and storage,and the number of stolon branches significantly increased by 30.9%.The GA3+e Br treatment can obtain the highest number of tubers per plant for the original potato seed planted after the first harvest and storage,but the morphological indicators,the number of stolons,the branch dry matter content and the yield of the original potato seed after the second harvest between the treatments There were no significant effects on traits.There were significant differences in root length,chlorophyll content,stolon number and stolon branches of the original seed at different harvest times,but there was no significant difference in the number of tubers per plant and tuber weight per plant between harvest times.This study laid a theoretical foundation for improving the efficiency of minitubers,storage and propagation of mintubers of"Butuowu potato".
