With the great victory in the fight against poverty in 2020,my country has entered the stage of consolidating the achievements of poverty alleviation and effectively linking up the rural revitalization.Judging from the achievements of poverty alleviation, the development of characteristic agriculture in rural areas is an important way to achieve "industrial prosperity".The adjustment has led to the "non-grain" of cultivated land, which has threatened national food security. In order to solve this contradiction, scholars have conducted in-depth research on the "non-grain" of cultivated land.Previous studies mostly used the planting structure to measure the level of "non-grain" of cultivated land, and there were few studies that combined the changes in the quality and quantity of cultivated land caused by industrial structure adjustments as the starting point. The research scale is mostly carried out in provinces and cities, but there are few researches on multi-scale coupling that combine macro and micro scales with strong pertinence. In terms of research methods, most of them use quantitative analysis of mathematical statistical models, and seldom combine spatial analysis techniques, model simulation, forecasting and other methods for comprehensive analysis. In order to make up for the inadequacies in the micro-scale and calculation methods of the "non-grain conversion" of cultivated land in the current research, the research on the "non-grain conversion" of cultivated land in this paper will be carried out in Yiliang County,a typical county with rapid development of characteristic agriculture in central Yunnan. This study adopts literature research method, field investigation research method and mathematical model method, and uses the survey vector database of land use status change, relevant socio-economic data and household survey data to carry out the spatial differentiation characteristics,Influencing factors and analysis of farmers’ income increase. The main conclusions are as follows:(1)Based on the analysis of the current situation of non-grain conversion of cultivated land in Yiliang County based on the vector database of the survey of land use status change in 2020,the area of non-grain conversion cultivated land dominated by two types of restoration land is nearly 37% of the current cultivated land.Yiliang County has an overall non-grain rate of 40.38%,Nanyang Sub-district Office has the highest rate of 65.41%,and Jiuxiang Township has the lowest rate of 15.19%.The spatial pattern of the “non-grain” level of cultivated land in Yiliang County is significantly different. The rate of non-grain conversion can be visualized from the village dimension, and it runs through Yiliang County in the form of strips from north to south as a whole. It diverges to the north, south and west, and a small amount gathers in the west of Yiliang County and the border of Kunming City. The administrative units with a moderate degree of "non-grain" of cultivated land are mainly concentrated in the northern part of Yiliang County, with a small amount distributed in the southwest and northeast.(2)The significant factors affecting the non-grain conversion rate of cultivated land are ranked according to the degree of influence: slope classification > total area of cultivated land resources per capita > elevation > total income of economic resources per capita.Areas with a high non-grain conversion rate of cultivated land in Yiliang County often have better farming conditions and techniques than areas with a low non-grain conversion rate, because they have more favorable natural conditions with low elevation and gentle slope.Scarcity and a high level of economic development lead to a large inflow of industrial and commercial capital.Industrial and commercial capital intensively integrates scattered and fragmented cultivated land through land circulation. In order to improve efficiency, the production structure develops towards a high non-grain conversion rate.(3)The farmers’ income increase effect of the Mihu Villagers’ Committee(40.38%)at a medium level of "non-grain" is more significant than that of the Anjiaqiao Community Residents’ Committee at a high level of "non-grain"(88.10%).The development of characteristic agricultural industries can the average per capita income of the family increased by 7274.63 yuan. Therefore, farmers’ self-changing planting structure leads to a moderate level of "non-grain",which is more obvious than the high level of "non-grain" under the intervention of industrial and commercial capital. The dividend of a high "non-grain" rate will not bring more benefits to farmers. This paper studies the non-grain phenomenon of cultivated land and its influencing factors in Yiliang County, where the characteristic agriculture in central Yunnan is developing rapidly. The method of increasing farmers’ income and industrial development provides new ideas for consolidating and expanding the achievements of poverty alleviation and effectively connecting rural revitalization;the research results of this paper provide reference for exploring the sustainable use of cultivated land in central Yunnan Province, and promote the optimization of agricultural industrial structure and agricultural sustainable development.Sustained development and ensuring food security have important practical significance.
