In October 2017,the strategy of rural revitalization was put forward in the report of the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China(CPC).In January of the following year, the opinions officially landed on the ground.Cultivated land,as a factor of production in agriculture,is currently highly concerned about the land problem in the process of rural development. In order to better promote the integration of agricultural resources, the circulation of cultivated land is conducive to promoting the transformation of agricultural management mode and promoting the efficiency of agriculture. At the same time,it is beneficial to the reasonable awakening of farmers' family labor resources, the increase of farmers' income, and the realization of agricultural quality and efficiency. At present,Dayi County has achieved remarkable results in the development of agricultural land circulation, constantly optimizing the agricultural industrial structure and farmers' income structure, supporting each other and promoting each other.But.Through the field investigation of the present situation of agricultural land circulation,it is found that there is a big gap in the circulation of cultivated land between different villages and towns. Therefore, based on the gap of land transfer rate between different villages and towns in Dayi County, this paper uses the field survey data of 140 farmers in 13 villages of 6 villages and towns to analyze the present situation of cultivated land circulation of farmers in Dayi County. Then using Logistic regression model, this paper empirically studies the main factors affecting farmers' cultivated land circulation behavior,in order to optimize the efficiency of farmers' cultivated land allocation, and then affect the household income structure and improve the enthusiasm of farmers' cultivated land circulation. The main conclusions of the study are as follows:The object of cultivated land circulation is mainly local growers;the mode of cultivated land circulation is mainly rental;the main use of cultivated land circulation is mainly to grow grain crops;the main access channels of cultivated land circulation information are mainly through the village committee; The income increase effect of farmers' cultivated land transfer is not obvious, and the overall level of family economy of farmers with cultivated land circulation is higher than that of farmers without cultivated land circulation. The empirical results show that:(1)the age and educational level of the head of household have a significant positive impact on the behavior of cultivated land transfer at the level of 5%,indicating that it plays a significant role in promoting the transfer of cultivated land;(2)the proportion of non-agricultural labor force has a significant positive effect on cultivated land transfer behavior at the level of 10%;(3)villages There was no significant negative correlation between the topographic characteristics, the distance between cultivated land and the main road of village / township, and the area of cultivated land.(4)the degree of circulation information, whether there was a characteristic agricultural industry had a positive impact on farmers' cultivated land transfer behavior at the level of 5%;(5)the understanding degree of rural land circulation service platform is significantly positive at the level of 10%.
