| Self-driven silage harvester is an agricultural machine that harvests and breaks crop straws,and the cutting table is a key part of the silage harvester.The operating efficiency of the cutting table directly affects the overall harvest speed.With the promotion of the large-scale planting of silage crops in China,the localization of large cutting platform is imminent.Based on the analysis of the existing 6m cutting platform,the optimization design of 7.5m cutting platform is carried out in this thesis,and the simulation design and experimental research are carried out.The main research contents are as follows:(1)By using Solid Works software,the overall structure of 7.5m silage harvester cutting platform was modeled in 3D,the power transmission system of the cutting platform was designed,the hydraulic system of the cutting platform was designed,and the key components such as the diversion device were optimized.(2)The diversion device of the cutting platform is compared and analyzed,the structure of the diversion device of the 6m cutting platform and the 7.5m cutting platform is analyzed,and the diversion plate and the shifting drum are optimized.The non-linear power transmission device of the cutting platform was optimized,the oblique bevel gear scheme was selected and the strength of the gear was calculated.The bending stress of the root of the driving wheel and the slave wheel is 119.7MPa,and 101.8MPa,less than the allowable bending stress of the gear 510 MPa,and the contact stress of the tooth surface between the driving wheel and the slave wheel was761.31 MPa.and 610.62 MPa,less than the tooth surface contact stress 875 MPa.EDEM simulation software was used to establish a model of corn straw,and the cutting table model was simplified and then simulated to explore the influence of the diversion device on the feeding direction and verify the feeding effect.Adams software was used to simulate oblique bevel gear to verify the meshing stability and force of oblique gear.(3)Orthogonal test was designed to test the performance of 7.5m silage machine cutting platform.Field tests were carried out on the cutting platform in Jianggezhuang Town,Leting County,Tangshan City on October 6,2022.The test results showed that the qualified rate of straw cutting length of the cutting platform designed in this subject was 89.79%,which was higher than 85%,which was higher than the standard that the qualified rate of straw cutting length of the straw feed harvester should reach 85%. |
