| China is a major garlic production area with a very high yield,accounting for more than 60% of the world's total garlic output in 2017.However,at present,China's garlic harvest is mainly artificial and mechanized.Based on the investigation of the research status and application at home and abroad,this paper develops a garlic combine harvester with complete functions and convenient operation.The main research contents are as follows:(1)Determine the design scheme of the whole machine.According to the relevant data and data of garlic harvester at home and abroad,and combined with the garlic planting mode in China and the actual demand of harvesting work,the design scheme of garlic harvester is determined.(2)Design of key components of garlic combine harvester.Garlic harvester including deep limiter,crawler walking equipment,mining equipment,belt type clamping device,conveying equipment,garlic garlic plants conveyer key components,such as to achieve the soil excavation,rail clamping,garlic garlic plants such as cutting,garlic,garlic rail transportation function,garlic harvester crawler walking device is easy to achieve a certain range of stepless speed change,realize the harvest and walking speed adjustment,and effectively reduce the power consumption;The excavating device adopts v-type shovel type structure,and finally realizes the rapid vibration of the hanging rod up and down through the eccentric sleeve and the support with different heights,and then realizes the vibration digging operation of the digging shovel connected to the hanging rod.The device can adjust the digging depth of the garlic harvester by limiting the depth of the wheel.The belt clamping device adopts the belt flexible clamping method and can adjust the row spacing of the harvest to adapt to the planting mode of garlic in different regions.The electric head cutting device adopts the structure of dc motor driving the blade,the principle is simple,the cutting effect is good,the injury rate of garlic is low,the installation is convenient;The garlic conveying device is a metal pipe conveying device,and the metal strip is externally equipped with a plastic hose,which can effectively reduce the damage of garlic under cutting and meet the conveying demand in garlic harvesting operation.Garlic seedling conveying device slot equipped with chain rake type or metal belt conveyor,driven by the transmission chain to achieve the transmission of garlic seedling.(3)Prototype trial production and test.The trial production place was weifang aidi plant protection machinery co.,LTD.,and the performance test of garlic harvester was conducted in jining jinxiang county,pizhou city,jiangsu province and linyi lanling county.Through the performance test of garlic harvester,the test results show that the loss rate is 3.1%,the garlic injury rate is 1.43%,the miscellaneous rate is 4.7%,the success rate of cutting head is 85.9%,the main indicators meet the shandong provincial standard DB37/ t2878.4-2016 "general technical requirements of agricultural harvester part 4: garlic harvester" and the trial production requirements of garlic harvester. |
