In recent years, agricultural experts put forward the new agronomy to plant rice which iscalled the wide-narrow row transplanting.The interval planting of the wide row and the narrowrow is used in wide-narrow row transplanting.Using the wide-narrow row transplanting isconducive to increase light and ventilation about the seedlings,and is conducive to increase thepanicles, putting on weight,and so on. After experimental comparison in the field, the foodproduction is increased more4%by wide-narrow row transplanting than the equal rowplanting.Currently, many research about wide-narrow non-circular bevel gear transplantingmechanism has been carried out, but there are still many problems to be solved. Our research isaim at solving the current wide-narrow row transplanting mechanism’s problems,for example,1)The problem of taking seedling obliquely,the inclined trajectory of taking seedling can causethe phenomenon of seedling root injury by the seeding claw.2)The problem of the complexityof the structure, the structure of some wide-narrow transplanting mechanisms is toocomplicated to process, and can not meet the work conditions.3)The problem of big plantinghole mouth, to achieve better wide-narrow row planting,the wide-narrow row walking-typetransplanting mechanism with non-circular bevel gear is designed to solve these problems.The content and the research method of this thesis are as follows:1)Through the analysis of the current equal row spacing transplanter transplantingtrajectory’s operation principle, the B-spline is uesd to fit the non-circular bevel gear sectioncurve, the non conical gear train is chosen as the transmission parts of the transplantingmechanism to carry out unequal transmission ratio transmission which meets the requirement oftransplanter.2) Analyzing the kinematics characteristics of the transplanting mechanism including thetransmission features of the non conical gear, the formation,principle,features of thetransplanting mechanism and building the kinematic model of the mechanism.3) According to the kinematic model of the transplanting mechanism, the Matlab is used tocreate a software to analyze and optimize the design of the non conical gear train transplantingmechanism. By way of man-machine interaction to find the structure parameters which aresuitable for the design. In the end, complete the structure design of the transplanting mechanism.4) Building3D model of the non conical gear train transplanting mechanism to carry on3D model’ s kinematic simulation test by the software of the UG and Adams. Then comparing theresults with theoretical calculation to prove the correctness of the ideal model and whether meetsthe demand of the wide-narrow row transplanting.5) Machining a physical model according to3D model, using high-speed photography toanalyze trajectory of the wide-narrow row walking-type transplanting mechanism withnon-circular bevel gear,comparing the calculated trajectory,simulated trajectory with thephysical machine’ s test trajectory,and analyzing the take seedling angle, planting angle and thetrajectory offset to verify the correctness of the model further.
